I got three different things that should have been crispy . Onion rings, french fries and chicken nuggets. None of them with crispy at all it seems like they weren't even cooked just thawed. Actually a little surprised because that Burger King is usually on point.

The food is usually fine. A few times I have gotten a cold burger when dining in, but most of the time it is warm. My biggest gripe is I ALWAYS tell them I am dining in, yet I never get a tray. I always get it bagged up. Small things like this lack of attention to detail are annoying. They are also pretty slow getting orders out, which can be frustrating.

This has been the best and only good burger king around for years. I moved here in 2021 and it's still just as good. I always tell everyone about it anytime burger king is mentioned because it's just not something you see anymore anywhere, let alone fast food. The food is always hot and the service is always good and the people seem happy

Poor management after giving me the wrong order wasted my 40 minutes.then after the inconvenience.1 fries cost me $4.27 It’s a shame that’s how big name companies treat there customers time and inconvenience.

Very long wait at this location today food was okay the burger was cold the onion rings were like the bottom of the bag very small bits the guy waiting at the window did crack a joke or two he was pleasant I'm hoping that it was just very busy because honestly I really don't complain about this location and I do visit it often

Terrible! Waited at leaat 15 min before anyone acknowledged us. The gentleman in front of us actually left because no one acknowledged him. We placed our order, someone else came in, an argument ensued the 3 people working walked out. While my bag of food was sitting there, I yelled hello, they came back in, added 1 fry (which were already cooked), and finally handed me my bag. We were there for about 30 mins at 9 o'clock at night. It wasn't busy, and the food we got was unedible. It was cold, and the fries were brown and soggy, and the bread was stale. I get its BK and fast food, but BK usually isn't bad. This was ridiculous. It takes a LOT for me to complain. I've been in the restaurant business for over 10 yrs, and this was appalling, even for Burger King. Barely ever go there, will prob not go back. It needs mature adults working there
