First off, I’d like to say this - I sincerely want this place to be successful so I find it necessary to give a brutally honest review.
When I first ate Central Cafe I thought this place was the highlight of middleboro, its’ name ironically was true.
However, after eating there a few times - I’ve noticed the inconsistencies in the food I order, lack of attention to detail, and lack of communication. There have been times where I’d wait 15 minutes past the expected time and got cold food. There have been times where I’d ask for (x) and get (y).
Now I understand there are many variables that come into play, such as it being busy, work pressures, etc… . I find it inexcusable when these inconsistencies become consistent. If you are looking for a new place to eat, Central Cafe is hit or miss - but when it hits, it’s one of the best places I’ve eaten at. Unfortunately it be missing A LOT.

Order was forgotten, pretty sure they threw it back in the oven and it was dried out! .Service was not great, our server seemed to avoid us after brining out the “crunchy cardboard pizzas”. Very disappointed, asked if we wanted boxes, said no, never even asked why. Not our first time there, but will probably be the last.

This place has seriously gone down hill. 2+ hour wait times just to get food, horrible service, dropping food on the floor and being promised more that never came, and waitresses stealing money to top it all off. Will not be coming back unless serious changes are made

It's a neighborhood old skool cafe. If you're looking for atmosphere forget it. If you are looking for the best pizza around in an extremely casual, come as you are eatery. Definitely give it a try!
