The workers were nice but seriously, write the orders down. Why screw up 2 orders to the point i won't eat my sandwich instead of just writing it down

Asked for a medium lobster in a small bun and got literally two pieces of lobster. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Staff is extremely professional. The owner was very organized We had a large order he labeled everything out for us.

I would highly recommend this location for a party or a large order!

Went in just now to grab a couple of sandwiches for lunch for myself and my family. The staff was very friendly, my order was out fast, and it tasted great.

Josh's customer service skills are top notch. If I had my own company I would steal him in a second. You can't find people with the passion and professionalism that Josh has.

It's a good lunch place.

I am disappointed that this store does not offer online ordering as the website asked me to join the app and get 20 percent off my online order but then doesn't offer online. It's a waste.

Omg! Best steak and cheese w/mushroom, pepper and onion. (AKA #9.) EVER!!!Juicy. Not dried out with a bunch of weird spices. Great service. Friendly, fast professional. Reasonably priced. I'll be back for the Thanksgiving and Fenway sandwiches. Highly recommended.

This is my number one sub spot. Every time I walk in the door I am greeted nicely by all the employees. Never fails. My sub is always on point exactly how I ordered it if there’s ever an issue they’re always quick to fix it.
