Last time I came here, they left the paper on the cheese of my sandwich, every time I come here they either forget some thing or something is made wrong or it’s the completely wrong order. Now this morning, they forgot to give me my food at the drive-through so I got all the way home and realized and had to drive all the way back and they decided to give me the cold food that’s been sitting on the counter for an hour… this place sucks no idea how it’s in business still

Location on West Grove Street in Middleboro is HORRENDOUS! Manager swearing with a line of customers. Coffee not made correctly twice bacon for sandwiches was not cooked and gummy. Workers very rude with eye rolling and sighing when asked to re make coffees as initially requested when ordered!

Me and my wife had a terrible experience at this Dunkin! We had to repeat our order seven times and they still got it wrong, and then when we got to the window we waited another 8 minutes! Yet her coffee had no flavor in it no sugar and barely any cream it was quite disgusting, and she had to throw it out! Such a waste of money do not go here if you desire a good cup of coffee

Had the same experience as the review below mine… waited in the drive thru for 15 plus minutes, got to the window and they were discussing an issue with the order previous to mine. Proceeded to get my coffee only half made. When I went back inside to get my order rectified, the woman’s manner was kind of aggressive toward me because I was aggravated I was now running late to my job which I left over an hour early for (TO GET COFFEE, my job is only 20 minutes from there) wouldn’t write a review like this if it wasn’t almost everyday. I’d avoid this location to save you time in general, the drive thru is always at least a 15 minute wait.

Boy do I have a bone to pick. Literally waited so goddamn long because their computers weren't working only to be given the COMPLETELY WRONG ORDER! Like are you serious? Got me feeling so vulnerable holding up the line for like 10 minutes and for what? This shitty ass sandwich? Put me behind the counter and trust this would have NEVER happened on my watch.

Service in this location went downhill and needs to be investigated by the Health Department.
I ordered food here and received a bag with every item inside bitten. Also any deliver person I get has a problem with the employees here. They are slow and are rude even to the delivery drivers just trying to do their job.
Please whoever is the management here needs to do something.

Don’t know his name but the colored man with dreads at night always makes my coffee perfect!!! As a coffee drinker we appreciate that more than you know so thank youu!!!

I went in to order a six dollar meal for my kids. Not noticing because my kids were trying to also order and things got hectic. I just paid the total i was asked. We got our food and it was missing an item. I asked for the item but was informed that the order wasnt entered correctly. Aiden went into his own pocket to pay for the item i was missing, so that i didnt have to wait for a manager who was busy. I told him he did not have to do that. He did what he thought was right and just wanted to make sure the situation was solved. I commend him for his problem solving and quick thinking, i will be back there because of the kindness aiden showed. People make mistakes and that happens. Its how you bounce back and he did a great job.
