The amount of incompetence at this location is ridiculous. They never put sugar in my coffee. I started to bring a spoon to stir my coffee and try it before I pull away . I'm always handing my coffee back and saying hey they forgot my sugar. Today I didn't check my bagel and got home it wasn't toasted and had the wrong cream cheese like are you kidding? Maybe they should hire someone to double.check the orders before they go out . My order is simple coffee with cream and sugar whats so hard about making that correct. I dont even wanna start about how the coffee taste like tea somedays . Coffee is not cheap and there's not many places around here to get coffee so stop being lazy and do your job

Coffees were really well made. Extra/extra just as ordered. Not burnt like some places late in the afternoon. Cashier was nice, but line moved slow.

Lincoln New Hampshire has one of the cleanest and friendly atmosphere going. Not to mention I really eat from Dunkin, but the donuts were really fresh coffee as well.

Sat in line for a half an hour and still had to sit at the window for an on the go for 5 minutes and placed the order before I even arrived

Last time I came here, they left the paper on the cheese of my sandwich, every time I come here they either forget some thing or something is made wrong or it’s the completely wrong order. Now this morning, they forgot to give me my food at the drive-through so I got all the way home and realized and had to drive all the way back and they decided to give me the cold food that’s been sitting on the counter for an hour… this place sucks no idea how it’s in business still

Location on West Grove Street in Middleboro is HORRENDOUS! Manager swearing with a line of customers. Coffee not made correctly twice bacon for sandwiches was not cooked and gummy. Workers very rude with eye rolling and sighing when asked to re make coffees as initially requested when ordered!
