When you go through drive thru, at the very least they should know their own donut menu or help you make a selection. Telling the customer you don’t have donuts at Dunkin is hilarious.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Waited 20 minutes with the person on the microphone telling me to give her a minute 3 times. There was 0 cars Infront of us and when we finally got to order the girl was very rude. Just kept saying “yup yup” and then when we finished our order she said “okay.” And that’s it, no total, no pull up, nothing.

It doesn’t matter how nice the landscaping is or how good the food is if it takes a half hour to get through the drive through. There’s no pull-away either in the event your quick trip here turns into a long haul, so go somewhere else if you have somewhere to be.
