Growing up, my mother and I always went to this location. My mom still goes to this dunkin but I am no longer a fan. Whenever I order through the drive through, the people on the speakers are always mumbling and have a bad attitude. When I get to the window, they never get my order right and the coffee always taste burnt. I miss the old crew they had before covid.

I just ordered a coffee and paid, waited and waited , had to leave without the coffee, i couldn't wait any longer. Apparently whatever was on there phones that they were giggling at was more important than the job there paid to do. I'll never go back to that dunks!

Patty was very rude while taking our order, if you hate your job you shouldnt be dealing with the customers. She made us feel like we were such an inconvenience then they didnt give us the rest of the food so when we asked for it they asked for a name or receipt but she didnt give a receipt or ask our name then she hollard off our order number and tossed the bag at us.

Food is fine. They often forget to add cold foam. Men's bathroom toilet was disgusting at 2 pm and there was no toilet paper or hand soap.
Put in a second window for the drive thru. Third or fourth time I had to leave without ordering and order at the window because no one takes my order. What is the point of having a second window if you don’t use it properly? Today I left and may not return.

We stopped off as our 4 year old needed the restrooms, the guy was very helpful and said we don’t need to buy anything and to help ourselves.However, out of courtesy I felt obliged to buy some donuts and coffee. They were lovely tasting and the lattes were really tasty!Thanks again to the lovely staff here.
