I come to this Dunkin’ a lot. Today I sat at the drive thru for approximately 10 minutes while the 3 cars ahead of me were taken care of. The employee had said he would be right with me when I pulled up to the speaker, but then never came back to take my order. He did leave the headset on though so I got to listen to his conversation for the 10 minutes I was left waiting. After the customer ahead of me pulled away and I wasn’t asked what my order would be I drove out of the drive thru and decided I would go into the store…maybe they were busy inside. Nope! There wasn’t anyone inside and there was not 1 but 2 Dunkin employees working. The same person that had spoken to me at the drive thru took my order while the other one never looked up from what she was not doing. If you need to go to this location I recommend not going on the weekend.

If you have an hour to kill, check it out. No matter how short the line is, you will sit there an infuriating amount of time. Made the mistake a few times of seeing the one on the rotary backed up and went to this one. Don't make my mistake. Even if the line for the rotary one is 50 cars deep and this one is empty, you will get your coffee quicker at the 50 car one

Absolutely hands down the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been too. Not only will you not get your correct order but it will be disgusting. The manager is extremely rude when you ask for the correct order too and she talks down to her employees in front of customers. Don’t recommend if you’re looking for a really anything, you won’t get a decent coffee I promise. Worst dunks ever!
The staff at this Dunkin Donuts is so friendly! They are fast and courteous, and it is a clean location. They have a drive thru and are open late. Terri, Kiara and Brooke are phenomenal! Always working hard and so nice! I highly recommend this location on the go ?
