7 year old ordered Mac and cheese. Took a bite and it was so cold. Like from the fridge to the plate and forgotten to be microwaved cold. Disgusting.

I came here recently for some ice cream, and while the ice cream itself was decent, the prices were just way too high. It was around $3–4 per scoop, and they even charged over a dollar just for a simple cherry—that felt excessive.
What really stood out, though, was the wait time. I waited over 30 minutes just for two ice creams. That alone wouldn’t have been a big deal if the place was packed, but it was pretty empty.
I used to go to Friendly’s all the time as a kid and absolutely loved it—it had a great vibe, good food, and was always a fun experience. Unfortunately, it feels like a completely different place now. The energy is gone, the service is slow, and the food and dessert quality just doesn’t match the prices they’re charging. Sad to see how much it’s changed.

If you are looking for a friendly environment this is NOT the place to go. My mom, girlfriend and I went here to get some ice cream on a nice friday night. We got there at 8:30 and was told by a waitress that they were only doing ice cream as they were closing in 30 minutes and to wait by the take out counter. We waited in the takeout counter for over 10 minutes, without ever being addressed by anyone! Numerous times people who worked there continuously walked by us and acted like we weren’t even there! One lady kept mumbling to herself and clearly was bitching about the fact that we were trying to order from what she was saying. As someone who’s worked in the customer service business pretty much my entire life this is not somewhere you should go. Extremely rude staff do not go here.

We get the same server when we go on Sunday nights from time to time. I forgot her name, but she’s great.
One of our favorite locations to visit. The food is always great and Friendly service too. We love to stop here on our way home from vacations.
