Went the other night for the first time. Sunday night, 5pm. THe place was packed and pretty noisy which I think is usual? The tv was BLARING so loudly we couldn't even talk at our table without yelling. I ordered the baked haddock..came pretty plain with just barely a hint of Ritz on top. The piece was nicely sized but put on the plate ALL RUNNY with the fries. Everything was mushy and runny. Our server was very good and we left a 20% tip. Hoping the outdoor area upstarirs is better in the summer and will try again. If you turn the TV DOWN it could be a bit more inviting. We aren't DEAF and aren't there to watch tv. Not really a relaxing atmosphere overall; more like frenetic! But we will try again!

Went for dinner tonight with a party of four. My meal came out 15 minutes after everyone and was wrong. Husband waited for me, so his was then cold. They did comp some food but this was beyond disappointing. Dessert was never offered.

The Christmas decorations are absolutely spectacular—hands down some of the best holiday décor you’ll see. It creates such a warm, festive atmosphere whether you’re hosting a gathering or just enjoying a night out with friends.
The menu is incredibly diverse, and everything they prepare is consistently delicious. If you’re looking for an outstanding dining experience, especially during the holidays, The Hideaway is a must-visit. Highly recommend! 🎄✨

We had our work Christmas party here on the 3rd- About 30 of us. The whole restaurant was decorated so beautifully for Christmas & their holiday cocktails were so fun. The private room upstairs was spacious and perfect for our event. We had our own bathrooms up there & plenty of room to set up raffles near the tree. The food was buffet style and everything was delicious. Service was excellent! Kerry & Jada went above and beyond for us- Thank you! C.A.N. Team

The set up is very pretty but the food was disappointing. A lot of our plates came out burnt-quahogs and the sweet potato fries which we had to wait long for because the kitchen forgot it. Ended up being there for two hours waiting on our meals, appetizers and dessert. We also ended up having three different servers which was confusing, none of them introduced themselves. However the ribeye was very good and at a decent price!
