Food was average and a bit on the pricey side, slow service despite there being many unoccupied tables, appetizers and main course served simultaneously. Worth a peek to see the holiday decorations but sadly, a one and done experience.

We go to The Hideaway often for family dinners, and it’s always one of our favorite spots, so it was extra special to celebrate such an important day there. Thank you to Caitlin and Jillian for being the best hosts (and bartenders) and for making the entire day perfect. You truly made it a celebration I’ll never forget. We recently visited The Hideaway and had an experience that truly stood out. While there was a small mix-up with our order, the way they handled it was incredible—they went well above and beyond to make things right. A huge shout-out to the manager, Ian. He was the picture of professionalism and clearly sets the highest standard for customer service. Seriously, his response was outstanding, and he completely turned a tiny issue into a reason to celebrate their great team. Thank you, Ian! As for the meal, the food was just as impressive as the service. Our pizzas were absolutely delicious, the crust was perfect, and the appetizers were excellent—the perfect start. Plus, the atmosphere is one-of-a-kind; it’s just a great place to hang out. We’re already planning our next visit, and you can bet we’ll be telling all our friends. We really appreciate the effort, and we'll see you guys soon!

Wow what happened to this place? I use to love going here as the food was always good and staff/ service use to be excellent. Where is the staff that was there this past summer? Does anyone know where Kelly went? She was wonderful. There appears to be a few girls missing from the great crew that was there in May, June and July. Hope the owners can fix the service , atmosphere and quality of the food. I hope things get back to the level they were this past summer, it’s sure missed!

Went here for the 1st time and very disappointed. Our waitress was awful. She spent most of her time just chatting with other servers at the bar. Our drinks were empty for a long time. Steak served with no steak knife, had to ask for one. When I asked for a soda refill she took my watered down soda in a plastic cup up to the bar and just added soda to it, instead of emptying it out and refilling it fresh. When dinner was served they just left the dirty appetizer plates on the table. Food quality was nothing special. Should really look into your staff as our crappy waitress was training a new one tonight!

What a complete discombobulated, unorganized mess!!!! We put our name in and was told 45 min wait. Over An hour later we check on our table and was told that the hostess messed up and gave our table away. One of the members of our party were then told it was going to be another 45 mins for a party of 7. Totaling over 2 hours for a table. While the whole downs stairs is closed!? I spoke with the manager and she was upset with my “tone” claiming I was yelling at her. I promise you I was not. Was I Upset and voicing my dissatisfaction, yes! But the fact that she did nothing to accommodate their mistake and make us suck it up, (for lack of a better term) is completely unprofessional. Shame on that manager!!!!!!!
We enjoyed a wonderful lunch this weekend at Hideaway! Three generations of my family enjoyed every mocktail on the menu and they were awesome!! All of our meals were excellent as well!

Kids LOVED the bar pizza, as did the adults. 10/10 recommend the meatball ricotta.
The renovations completely overhauled this place!! So much brighter, modern and clean. There’s an upstairs bar with an outdoor top deck- perfect for summer!

We hosted a family dinner party at The Hideaway on January 4th and enjoyed a five star experience! We rented out the 2nd floor and it’s a perfect venue for a private event. Booking the party, from start to finish, was effortless thanks to Ian, one of the restaurant partners. The delicious food, level of service and attention to detail by the staff was outstanding. Whether you’re looking for a simple dining experience or hosting a private event, I would recommend The Hideaway without hesitation. Enjoy!
