When I have 3 different calls from people I live with, 3 different phones, call mcdonalds, and the woman on the phone says the phones breaking up and she can't hear us..... To ALL 3 OF US, phone call after phone call, She's obv lying. Just answer the question, I just wanted to know if the ice cream machine was working so I didn't drive there for nothing when my son wanted one. Absolute horrible customer service

Why do you not fly the American flag anymore? Is it a new corporate policy. I am a Veteran who has eaten there for more than 20 years. I will not go here again until an American flag is flying again. Watched the unshowered kid taking orders handle money without gloves and then give someone an ice cream cone without the protective paper on the bottom of it
Also never deliver from here they are now heading order ready as soon as they get it and then they make it wait 20 minutes for pick up sometimes and then I watched them take food out of a completed delivery bag and use it for the drive-thru window making the delivery driver wait for a total of 25 minutes

This was the nicest friendliest visit we have experienced at a McDonald's in a long time. Both the cashier and order window were happy, friendly and engaging.

The night crews seem to do really well but this Sunday morning crew is doing way too much every Sunday. Screaming and yelling personal conversations. We were going to sit down and eat but felt so uncomfortable we just grabbed our food and left. Some of the people at the front are nice and the people cleaning are doing their jobs. But the service is way too slow and they are walking around back there aggressively yelling with horrible attitudes as if they don't know we can see/hear them or they just..don't...care. this makes me NOT want to come during this shift.
Every time I get DoorDash from here it’s either always missing the straws or missing items. Tonight they forgot both of my fries and in my 10 nuggets they only put 7 nuggets. I get that sometimes it gets busy and mistakes happen but this is all the time

We had a great experience at this store. The front staff Annmarie and staff Shane went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed - They exhibited professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness, upon receiving my questions about different foods, and got us hot water when they knew we had upset stomach. The patience they presented was very real and sincere, as an adult, you can tell the difference between fake and realness. Their amazing work defined the great vibes of this McDonald’s.
