The person taking the orders was extremely rude on the mic the person taking the cash was extremely pleasant the orders were not write the burgers were requested to be playing they came with the onions and the ketchup and the mustard the drinks were wrong and almost had a bleach taste to them we ended up throwing those out so all in all of $48 in meals was a waste

Screwed my order up 2 plain cheese burgers. Took 20 minutes. Then I got the burgers. They were disturbed and seemed to be messed with. Cool beans

I’m confused why it’s been 2 weeks and this establishment still does not have strawberry banana smoothies. A trillion dollar company cannot get their smoothie machine fixed in under two weeks? Among other issues that they can’t seem to find a solution for, it’s baffling.

The cashier was of zero help. She didn't have a 2 hamburger value meal, but had a 2 cheeseburger value meal hold the cheese. Complete deadpan but no joke was intended. Must have flunked out of preschool.

Ordered from the kiosk, all it was was a double cheeseburger with added bacon, no pickles no mustard, so glad I paid almost an extra $2 for the two half strips of bacon I didn't get. Maybe make sure your employees are paying attention? This is NOT my first issue here. Sat for nearly 5 minutes watched another customer with almost the same issue be helped before me which I was standing there well before. Maybe hire actual good people and you won't have these issues? It's really sad that a manager had to come give me a refund when if I had been helped even 2 minutes prior I would have just said hey can you correct your mistake. But whatever.

I hadn’t had a McDonald’s burger for maybe10 years. Had a hankering for one tonight. Big mistake. Very greasy! I do not remember McDonald’s burgers to be this bad. The fries were ok.
