We had a great experience at this store. The front staff Annmarie and staff Shane went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed - They exhibited professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness, upon receiving my questions about different foods, and got us hot water when they knew we had upset stomach. The patience they presented was very real and sincere, as an adult, you can tell the difference between fake and realness. Their amazing work defined the great vibes of this McDonald’s.

Like others this particular location is hit or miss. Most of my dissatisfaction comes from the weekend AM crew. From 30+ minute wait times, to rude management. The only time the place functions as a 4 star or better is when the GM is there. Weekends have gotten so bad that Saturday breakfast tradition moved the other way into the Middleboro location.

I wanted to leave a positive review. These employees work exceptionally hard. They always seem understaffed as most places are these day's. But they do it with a smile and I commend them. They deserve to be treated with kindness. Thank you for always having nice staff. I truly appreciate it.
