Lots & lots of ice cream flavor choices and combination dishes and you can always order your own tailored combo. I typically order the banana split with three scoops of ice cream which comes with all the toppings like pineapple, hot fudge, sprinkles, whipped cream which is great because at other ice cream places there is an upcharge for extra toppings. The three scoop size is enough for me& my husband to share but that of course, varies on how much ice cream people like to eat. Great value for the price. Last visit was on a Saturday at 8 pm and there was a line of people but the line moved quickly.
This is the best company in Massachusetts if you are looking for no sugar added ice cream. It is delicious.
Tom and Jimmy's (any location) is the absolute top tier for ice cream. We love getting ice cream here and have also ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday. Never had a single complaint about the quality, quantity or price!

LOVE their ice cream. Huge selection to pick from. This place is addicting.
Love this place. It's in walking distance from my house. Ladies are always friendly and the milkshakes are good. Never had a long wait.
Wife and I both got twits in a sugar cone. Cone was incredibly stale and the soft serve wasn't anything to write home about.
Had blackberry and pistachio, both steller. Husband got the Reeces Sunday and LOVED it!!!
I stopped by Tom and Jimmy’s for the first time to give it a try. I ordered a small chocolate chip ice cream in a sugar cone. The cone was broken in several places and was extremely stale tasting. I will try Joyful Scoops next time.

Wanted to give this place a second chance since we first tried it right after it had opened. Disappointed once again, first try we got hard ice cream this time we tried a grape nut frappe and a coffee Oreo frappe. The ice cream is just not good, the first time it tasted freezer burnt causing it to loose its creamy consistency. Second time it just tasted flavorless. Friendly service but this place used to always be packed when it was peaceful meadows, now it is rarely busy. They might want to take the hint and start consistently sourcing their ice cream from somewhere with better ice cream! Just a thought/ suggestion.
