Awesome Bagel shop! The bagels are baked fresh daily the cream cheese are delicious. It's not a fancy spot but that doesn't really matter for the price an quality of the food this place is excellent

Got a tuna melt bagel, asked for it to be toasted and it was microwaved. Kinda ruined the taste of the tuna. Don’t think this place has the best bagels, I’d say they’re just decent. This is my third time trying them.

Every time we order online it is wrong after we pick it up. They do nothing to make it right and just continue to get orders wrong.
What a joke. We ordered three bagels from “Best” Bagel in Georgetown — should’ve been a simple task. Got home and every single one was wrong. Not one. Not two. All three. Total incompetence. It’s honestly impressive how badly they screwed up such a basic order. Either no one there can read a ticket, or they just don’t care. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — this place is a disaster. “Best” bagel?

Awesome Bagels. We got six of them and we have enjoyed them immensely. We got a tuna sandwich on a bagel and it was delicious. Glad I discovered this place

It's bittersweet because the food is great and almost everyone that works there is polite except for the girl that wears the headphones in the pink sweatshirt at the Middleton place. she always has an attitude. she always has a look on her face like I shouldn't be here and I'm better than everybody. never says please never says thank you never responds to you when you say thank you. I will no longer go to this place this has been multiple visits that the lady has been totally unfriendly and I think it makes everyone in the room at that time very uncomfortable. 12.20.24 7:23 AM.
