This is a definite 'must visit' restaurant! The atmosphere is beautiful- it's sleek, stylish and modern. But, the food is the real reason to eat here. Amazing! Flavorful! Well presented! And so fresh! Just straight up yummy! It does get pretty busy so there were times we were waiting for our server. I'd say it was worth the wait though.

We've always enjoyed Blue Fin, but this was the first time going as a Gluten Free guest. So appreciate of how sensitive Sandra, the bartender, was. She was super understanding and was helpful. Highly recommend!
I can't get enough of the sushi, bao buns or spicy house ramen. This wasn't my first visit and won't ever be my last. The service is fast and attentive. The setting is fairly casual and no need to dress up, but you certainly wouldn't be out of place if you did, either.
Great place, hidden gem, enjoyed the ramen and sushi. The lunch special is also very generous with combo containing half portion of ramen and a choice of half of a dinner entree. We particularly enjoy the pork belly buns and seared fish.

Food:The only place I’ve been to that has broiled saba gosh on the menu. My favorite back at home. So simple and naturally taste umami and fatty white fish. Dynamite roll was good. Roll tastefully well designed. Chicken curry was also good. Got a lot of curry sauce. Other rolls were okay.Service:GoodAtmosphere:Calm and not crowed. Many booths. Relaxing and able to enjoy my food

This place is part owned by a real Japanese sushi chef so you can be sure the sushi is high quality and well prepared. They have reasonable lunch combos like this ramen with curry chicken on rice. The only downside is that the food was really salty. Both the curry and ramen.

Had the best dining experience in a long time at Blue Fin Japanese Restaurant in Middleton! Food was over the top, service was phenomenal and atmosphere was clean and inviting. Staff couldn't do enough; nicest people ever! Can't wait to go back!
