Two different times I ordered a ham and cheese sub with everything on it. Both times the roll was saturated with pickle juice and a messy sandwich to eat. Not a cheap purchase either. My last time going to captains.

I ordered a steak bomb with no mushrooms and what do I get? Extra mushrooms and no salami like wth and another steak and cheese with peppers and it has no peppers. The Buffalo wings are disgusting.. originally my order was cancelled and had to reorder which took forever.. I wish I’d known how bad this was going to be because I would’ve cancelled the order.

Waited literally 2 hours for my tuna, onion and lettuce “pita” sandwich. After a 2 hour wait….. I got a tuna sub, with brown slimy lettuce with no onions. This is now in the trash and now forced to spend MORE money to get food because I’m at work. First time trying this place. And the last!

They have gluten-free pizza! It was expensive and small and the cheese was lacking but it was still tasty. The atmosphere inside is pretty sweet, air hockey and foosball. Big tv, good place to watch the game and a few beers on tap.

I should have noted the two "all sales are final" signs before ordering , but unfortunately I did not. There were no signs indicating the price for a slice of pizza, but prices for all other items. Each slice was $5, which is expensive. Although they were large slices, it was awful! We couldn't even eat the over-priced slices!
I frequently order lunch here online and pick it up. They make a great chicken kabob salad that is large enough to get two satisfying meals out of it. Recently, they were training a new employee and accidentally did not make a few online orders by the pick-up time due to misunderstanding about ticket printing. The cook apologized and let me take a free beverage as he corrected the mistake with the new hire. Great, old-fashioned customer service!

I went in for a slice of cheese pizza, thought I'd try different new pizza place, see if it's a place I'd like to patronise in the future. When the guy at the register said $5.74 for a slice of cheese I became really confused and at first thought I misheard or he misspoke. He seemed very annoyed that I questioned it. Then the other guy behind the counter said it cost that much because it was a quarter of a pizza as he held up with his bare hands an old dried up slice that looked like it was cut from a personal size pizza. I still did not understand. Then the guy behind the register, still annoyed by my confusion and incredulance said, "so do you want it or not?" I politely said no thank you and left. They both got so annoyed and frustrated with me for politely questioning such an insane price. Gaslighting does not work on me. Cross this place off list.

Amazing this place is my go to spot for lunch after my college classes at NSCC. One of the workers Jonathan always goes above and beyond with service. It's obvious he truly cares about his work and the customers. The vibe is casual and friendly. The owner is a great man as well. He's funny and easy to talk to. I've never had a bad experience with the food here. It's affordable and yummy. Highly recommend. I plan to come back with friends many times in the near future! Thank you.

I ant gonna lie to you guys. So here we go. First things first I'm not from mass. And thank God caues yell don't know how to make real pizza. I'm a new Yorker threw and threw. Second the pizza is 5 dollars a slice. That's crazy!!. The pizza looks like a frozen slice eliios straight facts. The guy swore he made good pizza. Doesn't look appealing at all. And the slice was really small. Don't go there pizza is terrible. Thank god I'm back in NY state and having a real slice of real pizza. Told the guy it was good but it isn't. And i ate it caues i spent 5 bucks. The photo i posted is what a real pizza looks like. Don't sell pizza if you don't know what your doing
