Love there milkshakes

I am not sure if it is just the Peanut Butter Cup Blizzards or all, but the toppings are literally ground up into dust and even when you ask for extra toppings and are charged extra, it is still dust and there are no actual chunks of PB Cups. I haven't been to another location recently to be able to compare if this is a DQ change or a franchise owner change to save money.

Poor service

Read your DoorDash orders more carefully I ordered a large s'mores blizzard and a small confetti cake blizzard . What I got was a small s'mores and a large cotton candy…

Great prices and products! The ladies in charge of the evening crowd are lovely too! Very hard working! I recommend the strawberry Sundae or a Banana split.

Staff rude and impersonal, and items are not made to menu description as a standard. Tried to order a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. There's a mat on the counter with the featured flavors and what they include. The blizzard I chose described that it was vanilla soft serve blended with fudge. Cashier tried to charge an extra dollar for fudge. When questioned, she stated the blizzard was not made with fudge. Despite pointing to the description on the mat which clearly said fudge, she continued to state it was not made standard with fudge in it and if I wanted it the way it said on the mat it was an extra charge- would have been over $8 for a medium. Not the first time staff hasn't been friendly and blizzards have not been made to what is specified on the menu. We went down the street and got better quality ice cream for less money.

entire place smelled like sweat. Price over $1.50 more than anywhere else for a medium cone

Small little place so the only place to eat is outdoors. Fine for the summer, but it's nice to stop and pick up a little ice cream cone for Dilly bar in the colder months. I love the DQ app. This visit was to redeem a free treat from doing their survey from previous visit where I paid only $0.99 at another location for a cone with a coupon.

small blizzard costs about $6.50 now. the girl didn’t even completely fill the cup, and there was hardly any reese’s in it. lame. i could tell she put no effort or care into making it as she did it in 2 seconds and was chatting with her friend the whole time. it would’ve easily been a 1 star visit, but i pointed out the lack of reese’s to the other girl working there, and she was nice and apologetic, giving me another cup full of reese’s. obviously it’s not the same when i’m mixing it in myself, but better than nothing. the place being completely dead on a hot day like this is telling. the prices have gotten out’ve hand, but if you are charging those prices make sure every order is done well, and never be skimpy with portion sizes and toppings , because no one likes feeling ripped off on portion as well as price. that’s now you lose customers for life. the cup should be completely filled to the top or over, and toppings should be plentiful. i’ve had hundreds of blizzards, i know 1 star and 5 star. this was a 1. i’ll give them one more shot due to the cool girl who handled my “complaint” well.

Today I am giving these stars for the employees that were under trained and dealing with the grumpy inpatient and uneducated guests that have no idea these reviews don't address the realistic reality. The kids there are trying their best while getting frustrations that they have no control over due to protocol. I feel like customers don't have enough understanding and patience for learning then their actions cause such turnover rate and make matters worse..

Service was terrible. Took 30 minutes to make five ice creams could have been made in way less time lazy staff.
