Their donuts are always dry, have no glaze in them and they always forget stuff that you ordered or mess up your order. That is the glazed donut i just got

I love this dunks! I live 45 minutes from my job and I legit drive by five different locations so I can go to this one. They all know my name and my order as soon as I drive up to the speaker. I mostly see Debbie and Patty. They are the best! I'm going to apologize to the manager because it's gone too long for me to ask his name ? but he is great too! I've never had a mess up with my order and the coffee is never burnt. They start my day off right with their friendliness and of course the coffee!

The manager is great! I placed a mobile order for this store location thinking my app was open for a different location. Plus the Dunks App ended up placing a duplicate order. I explained this to the manager and she was very understanding and issued me a full refund.

Best dunks around. Manager with the tatts is great. Everyone friendly. Women shift manager (with glasses, I feel terrible for not knowing her name but I have anxiety and have been afraid to ask after so long) is an absolute angel and deserves more than she is getting paid.
I’m at a loss. I went through the drive through. Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps. Get to the window. Give a GFC tell her I don’t know how much is on the card. She said she had no way of looking. I said no problem if it doesn’t go through I have my debit card. I hand her my card, she handed my sandwiches. She then asked if I ordered an ice coffee. I said no just the food. She asked if the car in front of me left. Um obviously yes. She then ask confused if I got 2 iced coffees. I said Nop just the food. She then tells me, as I’m holding the sandwiches, that she doesn’t have my order gave me back the card took the sandwich and sent me in my way. Never asked a manager for help. Didn’t just let me pay for the food and she could figure it out later. Nop sent me on my merry way. Train your staff. It’s obvious she added my order to the person in-front of me. Because I saw the screen and thought when I pull away from the order box she was then ringing in my order! So yet another dunks I will never go to! I hate this company! This is my breakfast!

I was there today (I work next door, so I’m here 7 days a week between 2-3x a day) & the Hispanic older man who claims to be the manager put my order in wrong & because it was $3 more I said you must of put in wrong & he literally handed me my money back & told me to go somewhere else & would not allow me to pay the real price as posted on the app & on the menu but he entered…..But the woman that is there is the sweetest woman who is there everyday & never gets it wrong , I’m so disappointed with this man, bad choice my friend! I will gladly stop at the dunks before yours from now on
Very poor customer service from a woman named Brianna who said that she was the manager of the store. She was rude. Took my order the wrong way. Didn’t find that out until I got myself back to my house. I’m allergic to what was put on the thing I ordered and all she did was yell at me. She literally threw my sandwich at me. I will never ever go back to this place again.
Staff made my coffee wrong and for 5.00 I went to go into the store and the doors were locked you can only go through the drive thru. I went back through the drive thru and when I told the man he made my coffee wrong he fought with me because he made my caramel macchiato wrong. He was rude and ignorant and tread me poorly. If that was my store I would replace the 2 guys that were there blasting their Spanish music and talking in Spanish like I didn’t know what they were saying. I will never go there again and tell everyone I know not to go there. Get your coffee elsewhere.
I thought I was being pranked when I received my large ice coffee at the drive thru and the cup was only 1/3 of the way filled. They said because I asked for no ice that they could only partially fill the cup. And also tried to charge me extra for oatmilk. It was such a bizarre experience. I've been ordering large iced mocha latte with oatmilk for many years now from Dunkins all over and always had the cup filled right up to the top. I don't know what kind of fifth dimension or alien portal these people walked out of to think that customers ordering a large drink would be ok with a partially filled cup. I asked for a refund and went to another Dunkins where normal humans worked. Got my drink finally. Yay.
They're the best especially Stacey!!! Works above and beyond.. heck they're all awesome there.. only time I go to other dunks is if I'm going the opposite way of Middleton and have no time.. Only then do I go to another dunks..
