First of all, it's spotless. Like, you could eat off the floor (though I wouldn't recommend it, because, you know, germs). The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, even when they're slammed. They always greet you with a smile and make sure your order is perfect. And the donuts? Forget about it! They're always fresh and delicious. My personal favorites are the Boston Cream and the Glazed Chocolate Cake, but honestly, you can't go wrong with any of them. Oh, and their hot coffee is consistently amazing. It's the perfect way to start my day. But what really sets this Dunkin' Donuts apart is the vibe. It's just so comfortable and welcoming. There's plenty of seating, the music is always pleasant, and the atmosphere is just overall relaxing. I often find myself lingering over my coffee and donut, just enjoying the moment. This morning like every morning i stop at this Dunkin all the time before starting my day. Today around 1130 am was the worse experience i have ever in counted with the staff. I went is the drive-through. the manager was working the window. she gave me the wrong ice coffee and it spilled a little on me. I told her this is not my coffee i ordered. she fix it and gave me the rest of my order. I got the order it was wrong and told her she handed me another bag and i stated to drive away when i notice it was the wrong order again. I went inside to enplane my order i was welcomed by hostile employee working the fort counter. I told her what happed and what i ordered she gave me another bag and said "have a blessed day" I told her this is not my full order and i was missing an item. She started to Wisper softy that " your not tough i know you live around the corner" at this time standing there waiting for the rest of my order she keep on whispering threatening remakes toward me. I asked for a refund and she took the bag and tossed it in the trash. I asked for the manager to discuss this issue and was giving an attitude. She refunded my money, I Think? My DD app was cleared of all my transaction. As the manager was refunding my trans action the employee keep on making threatening remakes. I stated to the manager that i should not be threatened. the manager asked the employee to just stop it. This is not acceptable when they get your order wrong and you just want what you pay for.
Not once did the manager apologize for the wrong order, or the employee. This was the worse experience I had ever had at any Dunkin's

Every time I stop at this location to get a medium cappuccino, this is what I get - coffee with milk and NO foam. Dunkin’ every time! I am usually not the one to write a negative review, but enough is enough! It’s time to tell your manger to fix the milk steamer or train your employees how to make a proper cappuccino. Other option is to remove the name from your menu of items. I pay a cappuccino price and not for a coffee with milk. Gone to Starbucks!

Like most DD, service is rather slow, this one is slower than most. Coffee here is usually good which I like compared to other DDs, which is a coin flip of getting good coffee.

Absolutely ridiculous I was in the drive threw 25 minutes BEFORE I got to the speaker. Then ordered and waited another FIFTEEN MINUTES. 40 minutes for 2 coffees that were watered down and a muffin come on guys be better if you can’t handle it don’t work at this location. Extremely disappointed
