Just go to the other McDonald’s in Middleton. This one isn’t worth the hassle of trying to get into the location, and the service isn’t great. I have been to this McDonald’s twice, out of my two trips to McDonald’s since coming to Newport. Served by different people at different times. First time, the guy was snarky for no reason and the food was only okay, the second time, a woman I assume was the manager based on her clothing was also snarky when I asked a question about a menu item, and the food was only okay again. I’ve worked at McDonald’s and I’ve worked as a server, so I get customers can be annoying, but both times there was no line at the McDonald’s, no customers inside, and my question was polite and an easy ‘yes’ or ‘no’. The snark served both times and subpar food wasn’t necessary. I might give this McDonald’s one more chance because I do believe in three strikes, but who knows if I’ll get around to it, I don’t eat McDonald’s often.

Horrible service. Forgot to add the french fries with the meals that I ordered. Gave Diet Coke when I ordered regular Coke. French Fries ice cold and hard. Opened filet fish sandwich and it looked like someone through it at a wall. Almost comical at this point. Huge language barrier with staffing. Never going back here.

$5.00 for large French fries ?. The employees gave me the fries, and I said, "Are the fries hot?" Employees said,"Yes, and laughed." I tasted one of them, ICE COLD and OLD TASTING. Then I had to wait 10 minutes for hot fries ?. The manager was very rude, and he handled me the fries ?. It's was 2:40 in the afternoon.
Horrible service. Staffing with language barrier. Fries not added to order and gave Diet Coke instead of regular Coke. Had to turn around on RT 114 for fries and they were cold and hard. I will now drive a few miles more to another McDonald's will all future orders.

In conclusion they get 5 stars. Let me break it down. It was exactly what I wanted. They mucked up, and then instantly corrected, the order. I went through the drive thru, the speaker worked, and the ambience is what you expect for a drive thru.How can you rate anything below 5 stars if it's what you were craving?
