I love this place. The food are so flavourful and not salty at all. You can taste the ingredients better this way when it is not overly salty. There is also table salt available for you to add. The birria is the best.

An excellent quick stop or fun outdoor meal! Taco Libre has a large selection of tacos, enchiladas, tortas, and much more! Each order of tacos comes with three and the tortillas are super flavorful. The truck is located in a lot with a few other food vendors which makes for a lively scene on the weekend.

Best fish tacos ever. I came for the seafood truck but it was randomly closed, honestly ruled that we ended up going to this gem instead because it really was that good. Al pastor tacos were bomb too.

The food is fire!!! Such good slow smoked meat and handmade from scratch corn tortillas. Mmm! This place is so delicious! The food is fresh and hot! The food is better than the majority of brick and motor restaurants and Taco Libre is only a food truck!! Such fresh food and great service! I HAVE to recommend the Tres Leche cake for dessert. You will not regret any choice involving Taco Libre!

Food was absolutely delicious. From the steak bowl to the chicken burrito, the street corn and chips and queso not to mention the quality of the quesabirria tacos. I could not say enough. The portions were huge. My burrito was my lunch, dinner and snack throughout the day, it was insanely big! Even tried their cheesecake burrito which was basically a deep fried cheesecake roll. It was good but still cold in the middle if it was a bit creamier and less solid, it would be top tier but I'm still not mad about it! I highly recommend this food truck! Can't wait to go back!
