The best. A food truck in Middleton with high end restaurant quality seafood. Mouthwatering Fresh lobster and clams and chowder. Their season is ending soon so don't miss the opportunity to check it out. Their other locations may be open longer. Not sure.
Deborah is my expert on lobster rolls, here is her report. The price is right, bun and lobster are prepared perfectly, the addition of celery and scallions to the hot lobster roll is their addition. Would eat here again. Because they are seasonal be sure to check to make sure they are here.

Saltys was fantastic! I had the lobster tacos that were jammed with delicious lobster and a very light alioli. It will be out first stop when we’re back next month. I can’t wait!!!
