My son Tommy worked here before he passed away. I visited a few weeks later and immediately understood why he referred to them as his Starbucks family. This Middleton team is an amazing group of people who truly appreciate their customers and each other. They go above and beyond, offering to carry drinks for customers in need. The coffee is made to perfection, and the overall experience exceeds expectations. The baristas remain respectful and courteous despite facing rude customers.
The Christmas Penguin cookie was not well-received, but the Orange Cranberry Refresher with lemonade was a solid 8 all day long. Customers have discovered new favorite drinks, and they are eager to try the new Christmas goodies. The mini library is a popular feature, and the parking lot layout can be a bit confusing, but the Starbucks experience remains a delight.
