The Christmas Penguin cookie was terrible. Broke apart on the first bight. Made a mess in my car. The Orange Cranberry Refresher with lemonade was a solid 8 all day long. I will keep tasting the new Christmas goodies.

I typically love this location, but this morning 10/25 the male worker working the morning shift with glasses and hat was so rude. Didn’t even let me finish speaking before talking over me. Everyone is usually very nice here.

On October 21st I went the drive-through to get my drink, and when it comes to my drink, I’m very specific about what I want and how I like it to be made. the gentleman on the drive through window who was taking my order was very short with me and abrupt that I even couldn’t finish what I was about to tell him. by the time I get to the window, I got my drink and it was terrible. The drink didn’t have enough ice. I simply asked him to shake it well and it was not shaken. The drink was absolutely disgusting. Middleton Starbucks on Andover Street my question for your staff is if I am paying for the drink why is it so difficult to make it right for your customers who are paying for their drinks?! Starbucks on Middleton mass is terrible and if I had my choice what star to give you I would have given you zero! Please do not play with customer drinks when they’re paying for it! These are the reason why I left DD long time ago and here we are at Starbucks. Thank you so much Starbucks Peabody on Andover st who remake my drinks and made it so perfectly. Thanks to Lani! Who truly cares about the customers!!!!! ??

Just went in for a lg pizza at this new place on Rt 114 in Middleton Mass just to be Middleton House of Pizza ? It was good with a tall can of beer , Celebrated a milestone in my new hobby of Amateur Radio

I went to the Middleton Starbucks drive through this afternoon and ordered a Venti iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and asked for “light ice”. The reason I asked for light ice is because the pay few times I’ve ordered this drink it’s been filled to the brim with ice and within 4 sips a venti is gone. So I don’t even mind paying extra for “light ice”. I’d rather just not receive a cup of ice with a splash of espresso. I pull up to the window and they hand me this cup with 3/4ths of the cup empty. So the remaining portion of the drink is once again completely ice with barely any drink and they didn’t even bother to fill the rest with espresso so they just left the rest of the cup empty. This just did it for me. The drink is not cheap, it’s like $8 for a cup of ice and aid. Super peeved. I didn’t even bother saying anything to them because frankly I’ve never ordered a large coffee or espresso and ever had a business hand me a cup that wasn’t even filled to the top. Bizarre.

Just stopped by this location and the team is simply amazing, friendly, professional.I witness a costumer being rude to one of the baristas and this was emotional for me that works either way costumer service.To that barista hope she is ok, and the whole team are ok.YOU DESERVE BETTER AND I HOPE YOU GET ALL THE GREATEST THINGS YOU DESERVETo Starbucks - please respect your employees they take to much abuse from your clients
I was on a knee scooter at the Rockingham Mall and the Barista that made my drinks offered to carry them five stores down for my wife and I to enjoy at the Apple Store so they wouldn't spill. Not only with the drinks made to perfection the level of customer service and experience exceeded anything I've experienced in any customer service setting the entire year! Thanks again Adrian! Keep up the good work Starbucks!!!!!!!
