Definitely not the best 110 grill i’ve been to. The food was very disappointing. I ordered the Surf and Turf burger that came with lobster. It did not come with very much at all, not even filling up the size of the burger. Two tiny little claws and a tiny bit of tail. They did give me more when i expressed my disappointment, but still not what you should be getting for the price. My mashed potato side that usually is filled with plenty, was less than half full. Also, not the friendliest of waitresses I’ve had.

What a wonderful time my Bestie and I had at the 110 Grill this week! Our wait staff Erin was 100% on top of her game— pleasant, kind, attentive and efficient. She took immaculate care of me with my numerous food allergies. While I wasn’t able to get my first or second choice— it was fine— the steak I ended up with was cooked to perfection. The restaurant was very clean. I enjoy being able to watch the cooks prepare food. Highlight of the evening was our engaging conversation with the Regional Director And Director of Training, Steve. My friend and I are both department heads in our respective fields, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our interaction with him. 110 Grill you have a great leader in Steve. The man works tirelessly for you, and is clearly respected by the staff. Thank you for having a great menu that does not seem processed, And for promoting service excellence. Erin is fabulous.

Couldn’t say enough, so many choices to choose from, food was delicious, the director Steve checked in on us to make sure everything went well, and our waitress Erin was fantastic! Great atmosphere and great place to visit! The Millbury mall needed a place like this 💙

We have been going every Saturday and the experience just gets worst. We had the same waiter 3 times. He barely came to check on us. I asked for a cooked well margarita pizza. It was brought practically raw. We waited so long that we decided to not order more food. The waiters also dont know any of the signature drinks. Even though we have asked for the same one every week. They continue to say they have never heard of it. We will not be going back to Millbury any time soon.

I've visited this company in different locations only a few times but Millbury is a very different. Their team is extremely personal, including the hosts, the waitress, Ashlynn, who was absolutely wonderful and extremely kind and great at her job, and the management. I met Steve, the man you'd want to adopt you, who was just the absolute sweetest. I had ordered something I couldn't eat by accident and I saw him as I was seated by the open kitchen making me a custom dish himself and delivering it to me personally. I've never had this experience before, especially not when I was at fault. This location is very thoughtful and cares a lot about their clients! 10/10 recommend!
PS The parking lot is shared with a movie theater so it's better to come early and wait for someone to leave.

This place is absolutely fantastic. They have a separate totally gluten free menu, ask about any allergies and don’t make you feel bad if you do have some. The bbq nachos were amazing! The honey chicken sandwich was just as fabulous ( gluten free bun) and almost all desserts are gluten free! Any worker we encountered was pleasant, professional and genuinely nice. They have a rewards program as well. We signed up and immediately got a free dessert. Definitely recommend this place.
