Previously went to a 110 grill near Hancock Mass and everything was delicious . Came to the one in Millbury today and I can say I can cook better food than that! Not worth it for me never again even my kids hated it

Extra credit for being food-allergy friendly. Gluten-free needs were inquired of by the hostess. A GF menu was provided. GF dishes were delivered, personally, by the manager. The food was delicious. We are particularly fond of the onion strings. Our server was friendly and efficient. Around us were couples apparently on dates, families with children, and groups of friends.

I have been to the Blackstone Shoppers plaza 110 grill before. Food is good, staff is friendly. Things can happen when you go to a restaurant. I don’t write reviews if I don’t have anything positive to say. BUT this time it was CONCERNING AND A PUBLIC HEALTH ISSUE. The lack of concern or appropriate response by the staff was concerning. ISSUE #1- I went on 1/21/26 for dinner. Before eating I went to the women’s bathroom to wash my hands. THERE WAS NO RUNNING WATER IN THE BATHROOM SINKS! No water for washing your hands after using the bathroom. They had hand sanitizer and small packets of wipes like the ones you get when you eat ribs to clean your hands. I’m pretty sure that is a BOARD OF HEALTH violation. There was no posting or notice of the issue. I had to inform the waiter of the Issue. He was not aware and went to ask someone else about the situation. When he returned he said they had a Plummer coming and that I could wash my hands in the common area sink by the bar. After using the bathroom! WHAT! Hygiene, bacteria… food, drinks…. ISSUE #2. When I was getting up to leave my companion notices something on the floor under my feet. It was a MOUSE TRAP to catch mice, under the dinning table where we sat to eat, visible and loaded for trapping!!!! THAT MEANS THEY HAVE MICE RUNNING AROUND IN THE RESTAURANT! FOOD BEING SERVED TO CUSTOMERS! Mice carry all kinds of deceases and you could be eating contaminated food, on contaminated surfaces! I asked to speak to the manager. She came out and I showed her the trap. She saw it and her response was to acknowledge its presence and nothing else. I then informed her of the bathroom situation and she acknowledge the issue and said they had a Plummer coming. She said the patrons can use the men’s bathroom or a sink else where in the dining room. Needles to say I will not be returning. It is a health hazard and risk to eat there. No water after using the bathroom and mouse traps in the dinning room. The lack of appropriate response Makes you wonder what else is happening there that DOES NOT MEET BOARD OF HEALTH STANDARDS.

Wait 20 minutes past pickup time, order was incorrect and missing a side, beignets were rough looking and kids wouldn’t eat them. Offered a free dessert for when I come back - won’t be coming back.

The food was amazing! I got the tomato soup with grilled cheese and the tomato soup tasted fresh and creamy and spiced just right! The grilled cheese was on a nice crunchy bread and the cheeses blended together went together wonderfully! The waitress that we had was prompt and delightful. One of the things that stood out to me was 110's dedication to making sure people with food allergies can still enjoy a delicious meal! The atmosphere was filled with upbeat music and nice soft lighting and interestingly shaped lamps. Overall it was a wonderful experience dining here today!

The food was good but what stood out the most was our waitress Erin, she's outstanding, attentive and she's very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. She greeted us with a smile and she remembered us from the last time we went to this location. Erin keep up the good work ( it's me!!!)

I just wanted to share my experience at 110 grill In Millbury today. I had one of the best servers I've ever had at any restaurants, her name is Joanna. I had a problem with my table's burger she was very kind she get me a new one as well as took it off the bill for me and my kiddo. She then offered him a scoop of ice cream and made his day by taking her time to talk to him. Definitely would come back again, especially for her!

Waitress put our silverware on the bare table when we asked for another set after appetizers. Tips trained servers should know better. Food was delicious and the birthday dessert was impressive. Drinks were well balanced.

It's incredible how much 110 has gone downhill. We went out for my parents anniversary last night. What a clown show this place is. They had 6 martini glasses for the entire establishment. Joke. Additionally, the waiter honestly seemed like he didn't care about anything. Its your job to care. Lucky I didn't make more of it last night. Lastly, we had to send our food back (nearly all of us) because it wasn't hot. Oh and then they were out of a dessert. Place sucks now go somewhere else. Oh! And...the menu is so much worse than it used to be.

** Update- they responded to this review and asked if I would enter my information into their site so management can address the issues. I sent all the information including receipt and its been more than two weeks and no one has attempted to contact me. This company obviously doesn't care at all and only wrote that response to make it seem like they do to everyone who reads this. Well don't believe a thing they say. **

First time and last time here. I ordered a NY strip steak $$$ which the outside came out gray and the inside dry and cold. It looked and tasted like it was precooked and then they put it in the microwave before serving. My daughter ordered the cheeseburger, which she liked, but the fries weren't ready when they delivered our food. We had to ask about them, and by the time they came, she was done with her burger.

The table next to us has there leftovers thrown away by accident and the waitresses were complaining about something being BS so it didn't seem like anyone was enjoying themselves.

First off, this is probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at the Millbury 110! My family and I came in this evening to grab some dinner after the movies. We come here all the time specifically for your attention to details with food allergies. We had Kevina this evening and she was SPECTACULAR. The service and food was amazing, with Kevina bringing out the kid's meals first to make sure they were taken care of and happy! The last time we were here about 3 months ago, the place seemed very disorganized and the food was subpar. This time around, we immediately noticed a difference in the environment and quality of the food. When the manager ran our son's food, he was a new face we didnt recognize from before. We asked who he was and said he was the new general manager. We told him we dont know how long he's been there but we can definitely see the changes that have been made since his arrival. We grabbed dessert, told Kevina we would defintely be back and headed out. Kudos to 110 for finding a general manager that can turn Millbury around, as we are local and this is one of our favorite places to come in town.

Everyday Reviewer

Flavored lemonade was pretty good. Gnocchi dish left a lot to be desired, but the other dish was so good that it balanced it out. Dessert was delicious…. Mrs left happy. Waitress was fine, we like someone who talks a bit more, but we won’t penalize her for getting to it. Definitely our best 110 experience to date.
