This review is a long time coming. The food I good. Get your monies worth. But I mostly want to tell you what a stand up guy the owner, Chris is. Chris, I cannot thank you enough for your well beyond customer service. I hope this review helps you since you wouldn't let us thank you any other way. Jeff, I want to thank you as well for your above and beyond customer service as well. I have never seen any place do what you did Chris, your a stand up guy.

We just took delivery of 2 quesadillas, 1 taco and 1 chicken. Taco cost $28.00, and the chicken was $22.00. They are the same except for the meat. Both are plain with a little lettuce and tomato on the side. For that price? Really? They are terrible. If this is the best you can do, you should take them off the menu!! How in hell are either of these worth even $20.00??

Ordered the calamari dinner. Quality was great. What killed it for me was the price charged was well over what the board showed without explanation. Word to the wise pay for it up front vs when it comes out so you don't get overcharged like me.

Pizza is never consistent., too much sauce. Mozzarella sticks are either soggy and over cooked.. delivery drivers are always friendly.

We had the tips, fish sandwich, the rib sandwich, and cheese pizza . Everyone loved what they had. Rhonda was great and she even bought the Spider-Man ice cream for my friends son!!

Just got clam strips and a cheesburger grinder delivered. Ice friggin cold .. both of them. Nuthin worse thsn cold seafood. Never ordering there again

This review is for the hall that you can rent for parties. We had our Jack and Jill party, and Marie, our server was so kind and amazing as well as the bartender (didn’t get her name!). The food was delicious and the space itself is beautiful and has uplighting. A 5/5 experience and we will be back for regular dining!

Always stop by when in the area for The Elm. The bartendars were amazing as usual. I asked for a fall cocktail and Mikaela created one for me . It was very good and she made sure I was happy with it. The food is a good value and portion . The only thing I would ask for is more seasoning and bread with pasta. I had ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and it lacked seasoning. I had to add table salt , pepper, parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes . Other than that I really enjoy visiting!

It's a squeeze pick up something quick kind a place if you have no other choice in my opinion. The pizza is ok. Definitely not the best I ever had. Mediocre when eating Buffett style for occasions. Under seasoned. Overcooked pasta with blah chicken ..... a place that I rather skip
