Cold Stone Creamery

Having a celiac disease I research any food establishment I will be frequenting. I reviewed the allergen guide for Cold Stone and there are many options. However, the staff wouldn’t safely handle my order. They wouldn’t clean the surface, the scoops, or take the ice cream from a fresh tub from the back. Any ice cream shop I have ever gone to has always been accommodating. This store is the worst.

I had never been to Cold Stone Creamery before, but I had the most delightful experience. Miguel was working behind the counter and he was super friendly & made me a DELICIOUS chocolate shake. I will definitely be back to try more flavors! :)

Cold Stone millbury is amazing! The ice cream is super creamy, and the mix-ins make every scoop unique. Their signature creations are delicious, and watching them prepare it on the cold stone adds to the fun. A little pricey, but totally worth it!

Cold Stone millbury is hands down one of the best ice cream experiences you can have. What makes it stand out isn’t just the quality of the ice cream .it’s the way they prepare it fresh on the cold stone slab right in front of you.

The staff usually makes the experience fun, with upbeat energy and even little songs when they mix. Portions are generous, and while the price is a bit higher than standard ice cream shops, you definitely get your money’s worth in both quality and experience.

Only leaving 1 star because I have to for the review but I would give zero stars if possible. It says in the name COLDstone and when I went there the ice cream was melting as soon as she gave it to me. Their plate isn’t keeping the ice cream cold and they don’t care to fix it. Very upsetting to spend 10$ on melted ice cream. Not only that, the workers are incompetent. Don’t greet you when you come in, don’t even make eye contact with you as you place ur order. Working in customer service means providing quality service and if you can’t even look at me or say hello I will never come back. I highly recommend you go somewhere else for ice cream. Do not give this place ur money. They do not care about the quality of the service or product they provide . It’s a shame when you’re charging 10+$ for the SMALLEST size. Cold stone do better. Management step it up because I am embarrassed for you. Like I said, I will never come back. I don’t leave bad reviews lightly and I don’t consider this a bad review just an honest review. I hope even if one person reads this and decides to not go here, save ur money and support a local ice cream shop. Lesson learned! A local mom and pop shop is the best way to go. They actually care about their service and the customers. Plus your money won’t be going to another rich, greedy corporation that exploits workers.

I really wish I listened to the other reviews that said this location is filthy. Halfway through eating my ice cream, I found a long thick black hair. 🤢

The guy taking the order couldn't speak a word of English, I have two toddlers that were so excited to go here and not one of us got what we ordered and when we tried telling him it wasn't right he just looked at us with a confused look on his face. Will never step foot at this location again. Waist of money and very frustrating

This location had the nastiest smell but I overlooked it and asked for a sample, which happened to be the smallest sample I have ever seen. I could barely get a taste of because it was so small. The girl was super rude and after I tasted the gross sample, I decided to leave. The ice cream was like melted slime. It was disgusting. I'd rather go get real ice cream, in any of the many creameries in New England. $10 for this ice cream is the biggest waste of money. I will never go to a Cold Stone again, especially this horrible location.
