This location had the nastiest smell but I overlooked it and asked for a sample, which happened to be the smallest sample I have ever seen. I could barely get a taste of because it was so small. The girl was super rude and after I tasted the gross sample, I decided to leave. The ice cream was like melted slime. It was disgusting. I'd rather go get real ice cream, in any of the many creameries in New England. $10 for this ice cream is the biggest waste of money. I will never go to a Cold Stone again, especially this horrible location.

I enjoyed ice cream from this location in the past but was disappointed this time around. I ordered one scoop of coffee ice cream with Reese’s chocolate mixed in. All the ice cream looked partially melted in the freezer case and was melted when served to me. It tasted like gross diluted coffee; I didn’t end up eating more than a few bites. My boyfriend also received the wrong order despite stating his order clearly several times.

Staff is great, the problem is the ice cream. It was melted when handed to me, I thought it was a joke and then I looked at the case and realized all of the ice cream is melted, some of the containers were fully melted with others melting at the top.
If the ice cream is priced so high, I would expect that they’d be able to get a functioning freezer!
Also the pup cup was soo bad that my dog wouldn’t even eat it ? and she eats everything.

It’s a small little ice cream shop in Blackstone. They sell milkshakes, ice cream cakes, cupcakes and (obviously) ice cream.
A little on the pricey side, a medium is almost $10 but definitely worth it. My favorite ice cream spot honestly. The service here is incredible and they are very generous with the scoops. Even when there’s a line, the workers are able to get through everyone quickly without sacrificing quality.

The staff was unfriendly and has gotten my order wrong twice in the past 1 year. The ice cream is nearly melted by the time it's in the cup. For the service and quality, it is overpriced!
What a horrible place. Staff extremely unfriendly. Asked for an Apple pie flavor and he barely mixed the ingredients into my ice-cream. Will not be coming back and tbh ruined the cold stone experience for me.

Ice cream was standard fare for Cold Stone: decent ice cream, lots of flavor combos. Went there today (1/1/24) and the PRICES WERE OUTRAGEOUS! $8.45 for small, $9.45 for medium, $10.45 for a large! I hadn't been in years so I assumed the prices came up like crazy but I checked my local Cold Stone and a large is $7.99! Do yourself a favor and stay away from the absurd pricing. Greedy owners

At $6.75 for a small this place is no longer worth it. Walking into the Millbury Cold Stone location smelled like body odor the attention is mediocre and overpriced for no reason. Quality of the ice cream is not what it used to be. The moment they give you the ice cream it’s melted and leaking everywhere.Last time coming here.

Nice icecream, one full size cup is good enough for 2 people.
The line is sometimes out of the door, it's busy busy busy. Good ice cream but I always feel rushed ordering and the music is very loud, asking questions seems impossible for someone who is soft spoken.
Birthday cake quality has gone down hill. Ordered two smalls at $ 40 a piece they both tassted old not worth it at all
Service was impeccable and workers were incredibly efficient.
