Went here on my 30th brithday! I told the staff it was my brithday and they sang happy brithday to me! At my shock i got a big box of chocolate cake and it was epic! My best friend met his true love here!

Ice cream was standard fare for Cold Stone: decent ice cream, lots of flavor combos. Went there today (1/1/24) and the PRICES WERE OUTRAGEOUS! $8.45 for small, $9.45 for medium, $10.45 for a large! I hadn't been in years so I assumed the prices came up like crazy but I checked my local Cold Stone and a large is $7.99! Do yourself a favor and stay away from the absurd pricing. Greedy owners

At $6.75 for a small this place is no longer worth it. Walking into the Millbury Cold Stone location smelled like body odor the attention is mediocre and overpriced for no reason. Quality of the ice cream is not what it used to be. The moment they give you the ice cream it’s melted and leaking everywhere.Last time coming here.

The line is sometimes out of the door, it's busy busy busy. Good ice cream but I always feel rushed ordering and the music is very loud, asking questions seems impossible for someone who is soft spoken.

Pink lemon sorbet is like a fluff. Not cold and so weird. Not what I was craving on a hot day.

Definitely the best place to get ice cream in the winter (off-season). They have great milkshakes and awesome signature flavors. The customer service is a hit or miss and it can get really long wait times. Their rewards program is pretty good but they are on the more expensive side.

Asked for mint , chocolate chips in it, no fudge or brownie pieces. Big disappointment when I got home It’s a signature dish !

as soon as they give you the ice cream it’s melted and leaking everywhere, even if you get a small one. I asked an employee for two brownies and they mixed it into the icecream without even asking me if I wanted it added into my icecream, then when I tried to tell her I didn’t want it mixed into my icecream she still continued to mix it together. then after that I had to pay for more brownies..I’m genuinely confused as to why I couldn’t just get one 99 cent brownie for free seeing as she ruined both my ice cream and my brownie. I ended up paying for a brownie which she said was a dollar then after I gave her a dollar bill she said “you need two more cents.” Which isn’t a big deal but considering the fact she already ruined my order I felt like she could’ve atleast just covered the TWO CENTS. honestly the whole experience was bad and the icecream and brownie were both gross and I had to throw my stuff out. Not to mention how expensive the icecream is. I’m BEGGING YOU DO NOT go here. The icecream at the store is WHAAAAT cheaper and much better.
First time I’ve been here in years and most likely the last time. I didn’t even take one step out of the store and my ice cream had turned into soup. $17 for 2 ice creams or sorry for 2 soups.

I ordered a cookie dough ice cream and I got cookie dough flavored iced cream with no cookie dough pieces. Not a big deal, except they refused to make the order right. It’s $8 for a small ice cream. Manager argued with me about how I wasn’t clear. Maybe I’m wrong but that is not what you would get at any other ice cream place.Expensive, petty, argumentative. Just avoid this one if you can

Worst franchise I've ever seen. The queue is set up backwards, the workers were not friendly, borderline rude, and unprofessional; grown men. The actual product tasted delicious as always, which brought this review up to it's 3 star rating.

Got the wrong order twice when I pointed and made sure to say the correct one. He kept arguing with me and saying it’s the correct one. Poor costumer service

Cold stone used to be a good creamery ice cream but no longer… my husband and I went in to get 2 quarts, we spent over $40 for two large ice creams, and the fancy of the cold stone is gone… our ice cream is still yummy but no $20 a piece yummy… also in the Millburry store I asked for Strawberry Banana Rendevou which is a older flavor but the attend has no idea what I was talking about… this was certainly my LAST TIME at this location and also at Cold Stone.., heads up owner of this chain and also for corporate… Cold Stone is no longer special like it was in the beginning, I rather pay for supermarket fancier ice cream and still save $$$$Too bad
