I’ve noticed that a few select of their workers go hide out in the back leaving two young girls to work on their own, it was busy and the girls looked extremely stressed out with orders. Definitely need to hirer newer workers who actually help out

The young lady Alyssa does a great job But none of the other employees seem to work. She came over from drive thru to help us, The lobby was a mess and the donut case. I think the manager should show some more care and teach some structure to these kids.

I come out of my way on my way to work every morning because I find that dunkins l, especially in the morning, doesn't burn their coffee. I buy atleast 3 to 4 coffee's a day and always have a decent interaction with the staff. HOWEVER, I just went to this location and my fiance had gone through the drive through and they/or he messed up. No big deal. I kindly went in, explained the situation and asked for a remake. This lady named Cecilia at the front immediately rolled her eyes and asked for a receipt. I explained I didn't have one but had a sticker with the time and date on it. She told me she couldn't do anything because "she didn't know me" . Excuse me? I told her I was here everyday and just wanted a quick remake please. To which we go back and forth and she refuses to remake a $3 coffee. So I bought one. I wasn't trying to scam anyone out of a few dollars lol. She acts like she's paid on commission and thrives off of attitude. Absolutely unacceptable.

The workers themselves are lovely, but they never open the second register, why do I have to wait a half hour to even order my food, and then wait another 10 for my coffee and bagel to come out, just for it to not be mixed, it not the workers that are on shift that are the issue, but management really needs to get more help or actually acknowledge that there is a issue at this Dunkin. Again this has nothing at all to do with the workers, but there owner and managers

Went here today ordered coffee and munchkins. My coffee was practically thrown at me in my car and they totally forgot to give me my munchkins.

Never can make my drinks how they are supposed to be made, don’t advertise a certain drink if you can’t make it properly. This Dunkin sucks I recommend the one on route 20 in beezee gas station. They are nice respectful and rarely get your order wrong. Millbury center Dunkin is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to, I very very highly don’t recommend

i door dashed and got 2 large drinks, instead of charging me for a medium they still charged me for a large and just wrote down “out of large drinks” the driver or dunkin’s didn’t call or text me about it but instead took the extra money and didn’t get what i paid for, would have been fine if they added a donut or 2 do cover the extra cost but they didn’t.

Some of the staff here are great, others are just not cut out to be in customer service.
Clearly the mobile ordering overwhelms them and half the time you end up waiting longer for your mobile order than you would if you just walked in and ordered.
When you use drive through to pick up your mobile order they have your drink and then ask if there was anything else on your order. Honestly what is the point of using mobile ordering if you have to re-order it when you get there?
One girl in particular is just plain rude and always in a bad mood. Her facial expressions alone tell you exactly what she is thinking… and it’s not how much she loves her job either.
I go to this location because it is local and on my way to work; any other location would bring me way out of the way.
There are a couple people who are awesome no matter what the situation is.
It’s Dunkin. They just need to do better. Maybe hire more staff since this is clearly a busy location.

I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. I used to go to this location multiple times a week but after the latest experience I will never go back and I urge others to also avoid this location.

A few days ago my husband went in to purchase five gift cards for our son's teachers. Two of the gift cards were $25 each. When he got home and I was matching up the activation receipts with the gift card numbers I noticed one of the $25 gift card receipts showed a gift card number one digit off the from the gift card we had and it did not match any of the cards they provided us. Concerned I'd be gifting a $0 gift card I went online to check the balance and confirmed it was not activated. All the other gift cards matched up, with the exception of this one. I had my husband go back to the store and let them know the gift card wasn't activated. He had both the individual activation receipts, as well as the larger receipt that showed all 5 gift cards, each both displayed card numbers and he brought all 5 gift cards back so they could reconcile it on their end.

Rather than correcting their error the store manager ACCUSED my husband of pocketing the $25 gift card and bringing in a blank gift card in an attempt to have it activated and essentially steal from them. He even told her, if she thinks that is the case then go ahead and deactivate the gift card number shown on the receipt and reissue a new card to him. Still, she accused him of fraud and refused to activate the gift card THAT WE PAID FOR. We instead had to go buy another gift card elsewhere because of THEIR ERROR and are out $25. It's bad enough they made the mistake to begin with but we wouldn't have an issue if they would have made good on our purchase, but the fact the manager then accused us of fraud is beyond reproach. We will never visit this location ever again and have escalated the issue with corporate.

Imagine ordering a donut on the Dunkin’s app and then getting an empty bag with nothing? Kinda crazy.
