They always get my order wrong, no matter who orders it for me! They are always too busy talking to each other and on their phones to actually pay attention to doing their jobs! I try to avoid this Dunkin donuts at all costs!

Food was of the normal from what I expect from a Dunkin, which is that it’s edible but not great. The girl taking my order in the drive thru however was very blunt, rude, and on top of that rushing me when a car pulled up behind me only towards the end. When i pulled up, another employee greeted me with an exaggerated smile and stared at me for several seconds, it felt more like I was being weirdly mocked than an attempt to be friendly. Somehow her behavior was more off-putting than the drive thru woman. Just straight sneering. It made me check the locations ratings right after leaving. I’m not suprised at all by what I read. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and left a sour taste despite the food being okay.

Drive thru is incredibly and unusually narrow, if you have truck or large vehicle you will have hard time making tight corner of drive thru lane. Employees friendly, food ok, standard dunkin.

This is the closest dunkin to me and I avoid it like the plague because it of how clueless all the employees are. But unfortunately sometimes I still go due to convenience and I am reminded of how disappointed I am. You'll have one person at the register and 5 people making drinks and food and then he will step away from the register in between orders to make a half assed attempt to help everyone making drinks, leaving no one at the register to take orders. Dude, stay on the register and take orders. Do not step away. Helping put a shot of espresso into a drink does nothing to speed up the 5 drink makers behind you, all it does is delay the order taking and causes customers to leave when they walk in and see a huge line.

This is the most poorly run dunkins in the area. They'll have 1 cashier who steps away to make even drink order, and 5 other support people in the background doing random other tasks including food. You don't need an MBA to tell the cashier to take orders and take money and have someone else in the background make a drink order. There is always a huge line here because of inefficient delegation of duties.

This one star is only for the night shift! The morning/mid day crew is on their game. Night time crew, get it together. But then again that’s probably why you can’t get a morning shift/busier/more tips, because you’re lazy and have the attitude that you don’t want to be there. Young girl, small and petite, tattoos and looks like dreads/messy braids or something!!! Dark hair. Complete miserable attitude. Very unprofessional and no customer service skills whatsoever. Will go to the dunks on 146 from now on if it’s after mid day shift!!
Don't bother coming here. This Dunkin will never get your order correct regardless if its written down for them. Then if you ask for your corrected item that you paid for they will just pick a fight and yell at you. I would give this place 0 starts if possible.

I usually stop at this place just to get a coffee once in a while a couple of donuts I arrive to the Location I waited for a few minutes. The girl is in there talking to her coworker. I make sign to her and she totally ignore me and came until her conversation was over. If you don’t wanna do the job, don’t do it. It’s not my fault.
