Went at 5pm, was told we weren’t allowed to order food because they’re closing in an hour. Ridiculous, I used to work at a Dunkin, if there’s donuts on the shelves and food in stock behind the counter, you serve it. It’s right there, you’ll throw them away anyways. I’m sure the guy just wanted to take them home for himself at the end of his shift. The drink was fine but his service, attitude, and inability to sell food when they closed in an hour makes this a 2 star review.

Most disgusting iced coffee I have ever received from a Dunkin’ Donuts. Was missing cream and half of the flavor. Before they even handed to me, I told them it looked wrong and asked if they could please fix it. The guy working the drive-through turns around to remake the coffee order and his coworkers cussing up and down at him about how she didn’t make it wrong. I received a modified iced coffee that still tasted absolutely terrible. I tried taking it to a different Dunkin’ Donuts and they couldn’t fix it for me. I am so upset that I wasted points for a free coffee on something that got thrown in the trash horrible workers and terrible drinks.

I HATE how Dunkin prioritizes drive thru because they’re on a timer and the front counter isn’t. Why even have a front counter? It was so much faster wandering through the convenience store and picking out something else.
Yay, I think this is my first Google review. This particular DD employs an extra special one. She was glued to her phone when I approached, which is fine because the rest of her crew was doing the work anyway. She looked utterly disgusted to have to take my order, which totally makes sense because she doesn’t work there, she just gets paid there. She never spoke to me once, so it isn’t anything she said, it was just her overall disgusting attitude towards me for merely ordering a coffee. She then turned to fill my order, got so far as to fill the cup of ice but then needed a break to read her text messages and to text back. Idk what the text messages were about but I like to imagine she’s sending photos of her roast beef sandwich in exchange for pics of bratwurst. She then handed me my coffee and went straight back to roast beef photos and let her crew continue to do all the work. I don’t usually get too irritated with underpaid employees but I’d say this one employee is massively overpaid. She’s an embarrassment to your establishment and a bane to the existence of everyone else who has to share a shift with her.

It’s my third time here because it’s the only Dunkin on the way to work. Do you want to be the only car in the drive thru and still wait 20 minutes?? You should go here! What a nightmare of a store.

The drive-through doesn't move for ten minutes or more!!!!
Worst service I’ve gotten from a Dunkin in a while. I’m not the type of person to complain but when you first walk up to the counter there was coffee spilt all over the floor and the 3 workers weren’t doing anything but sitting on the counters eating which is unsanitary. Coffee was mad wrong. Got it fixed I thought it was fine then asked for it to be remade completely. Was given attitude even tho it’s their job. Very rude people and talked about the situation in front of everyone who was in line.

I've gone there several times in the morning, and the drive-through doesn't move for five or ten minutes even though there's only one car. Also, more than once, they've been unable to make espresso llimiting them to half of their drink menu.
This place just ignores their drive through. Multiple days I have sat waiting for five minutes or more with zero response.

I waited 15 minutes for two wake up wraps, and one avocado toast when there wasn’t a single other person in the store. Three of the four workers were sitting in the front, looking at social media together while only one person was making sandwiches and then on top of that I wake up wraps, had no egg in them… Who gets a wake up wrap without egg.

One employee only available, busy with driving customers, waited for minutes to be attended, very small assortment, not even selling brandes coffee beans. Not worth visiting.

I go early in the morning about 4:45ish. I do a mobile order through the app. I submit it when I’m passing by Polar Park on Chandler St. When I pull up to the speaker, 80% of the time- that’s when it’s acknowledged that a mobile order has even been submitted..
For the owners- why even be open? Just for safety purposes you should have at minimum, two people working.. Between the counter traffic and drive thru traffic- it’s ridiculous to have one person working trying to accommodate all that..
I’m sure your opening staff are not being paid to be in a constant state of chaos trying to fulfill everyone’s orders.. What are you saving by understaffing it? $50?? Deduct how many people just opt to pass by it because they don’t want to wait ten minutes to get a coffee and a wrap. I guess that’s the world we live in now.. To be fair, you’re definitely not the only franchise that does this.. The Leicester one gets people through… You should consult them..
