Excellent customer service! One of the guys making my drink was willing to adjust it and the woman who took my order was super patient and explanatory of the menu. Also the boba is delicious, period.

I ordered a taro milk tea very grainy and powder-y was very sweet and watered down, server was shocked when I said no boba and I had to repeat myself 3 times, was very conmonsating to the needs of others asking if whole milk was OK etc, very clam in there though.

The boba is great, but last time I got it, there was too much salted foam at the top. The wait is always really long but it's all worth it in the end!

Parking: There is many spots to park even if it's on the other side of the parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: There isn't anyone there that wouldn't make it not kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's a very open store, and there is plenty of space...
