This a great place but, sometimes it could take a while for the workers to get your tables ready because they forget your waiting.

This place had such incredible surprises waiting for me from the cheeseburger, which was requested to be cooked medium rare, was perfectly cooked to sweet, beefy perfection . Of all unexpected delights, the mashed potatoes were simply remarkable in texture, texture and flavor. The wait staff, Eileen was so incredibly personable and friendly. She was attentive without being overly attentive.

Great dining experience. Food is far better than "other" steakhouse chains. Service was fast and super friendly. Kudos to Ariel and Erica who took care of us.

Awful service host rude 😒 got Sat down at a dirty table they didn't care nasty 😒 Got up and told the host he should check the table before he sits it was a party of one why would he put me at a table of 4 SMH.

Very very good all over! The food is great only small issue was veggies were over cooked and a bit soggy but still great. Been there twice so far and haven’t disappointed. Waiter was very nice and wait time was fast.

Kid-friendliness: Had plenty of high chairs and coloring book/ menu for the kiddos

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes you will need help opening the doors but once you sit there isn’t plenty of seating areas that are wheelchair friendly

People are very polite and food is great..

Service was great, it wasn't too busy. However my date and I both got burgers cooked medium rare, hers was cooked perfectly, mine was well done. They did take my burger off and gave me a replacement to take with me.

First time I went to a longhorn and I see why they're a successful chain. I walked in at 1pm and got seated right away (at the bar 1 person). There was a line for the tables so I can't speak on that.

The bar maid was direct and quick. My food came out really fast considering how cull the place was.

My steak was cooked to perfection. It was like butter with random burnt char marks. The mac and cheese was really creamy and they used my favorite noodles.

I would definitely go back. Reasonably priced for what you get.

The bread too was really good. Warm and good quality.

Good food excellent waitstaff but fair warning...they will not seat you until your whole party is there. I would have ordered a drink and an appetizer if they had seated my wife and I.

We asked Google for a restaurant in the Sturbridge area. Longhorn isn't even close...
