Everything we go here, there is nothing to complain about. Steak is always cooked the way we ask it to be done. Service is always great and everything is always clean; even the bathrooms!!
We appreciate the food at Longhorn. However, we have encountered a recurring issue with takeout orders, specifically regarding side dishes. On multiple occasions, when opting for an alternative side instead of a salad, the selected side has been omitted from the order. Following the most recent occurrence, we contacted the establishment and were informed that a manager would be notified and a return call would be initiated. Regrettably, no follow-up communication was received....
Went this past Saturday for lunch with a friend. Got the new 7 pepper crusted ny strip and loaded baked potato. Steak was cooked perfect great sear and flavor. The brown butter sauce also was amazing. My friend got half rack of ribs and chicken tenders with mac n cheese. He was shocked how good the mac was. And almost ate him self to sleep. Server was attentive friendly and funny. For being a busy shopping center we were seated very quickly.
