Panera Bread

If I could give this zero stars, the service was so horrible especially the one prepping the food. Didn’t get his name but my food was cold and there was no drinks made. I’m not sure if this is new management, but something needs to be done.

This was me & my mom's first time eating at This Panera Bread location. We came here for lunch on Tuesday 10-14-2025 , before going to see a movie, the food was really good service was extremely quick! I ordered the Autumn Squash Soup / Bread bowl and my mom ordered the French Onion Soup Bread Bowl , we both devalered our food.We love their green tea, passion fruit papaya, drink.It's one of our go too's . Nice locations, large inside service is good clean . We love Panera Bread! Will most definitely come back to this location in the near future sometime ! I hope they keep the autumn squash bowl through the holidays.

cozy place with good food. salads, sandwiches, mac and cheese, and the bread have all been great. although if you’re a adult ordering the mac and cheese you may need two- even the large mac and cheese feels like just a kids size. if your kid is above 4 then don’t get the minuscule kids mac!! pastries also good.

service hasn’t been great- we didn’t get a spoon for the mac or salad dressing. we politely asked for both and the woman says “they should be there.” and clearly they were not, so we said that. she again persists that they are there…🧐 not the kindest.

Safe area for a good lunch. Nice variety in their menu. String options for dessert. Service was quick as there were a good amount of people serving the counters. This location is right in the middle of the black study mall. Good first visit !

Never clean. The dining room and restrooms are neglected. Sad to see the lack of care in a food service location.

Terrible Terrible service. I ordered a formage sandwich online and it said ready to pick up when I reached they said they don't have my order. Then i again told them what was in my order and they didn't say anything and gave me my order after some time. When i reached home it was ham in it (I am a Muslim I dont eat pork) even though i told them verbally what was in my order since they missed it and had to remake. When I called to complain the lady was not at all pleasant or apologetic she was rude and very condescending she didn't appologise at all and when I said that how could this happen she started giving reasons which is fine human error but she just said we will refund it and I was being difficult. She said to me we didn't make you eat it, Lady i got the sandwich for eating purpose not keeping in museum. My point was not about refund but that my sandwich had ham in it. They were not at all welcoming either in restaurant or when I called. Such a disappointment to Panera bread.

A few friends and I wanted to get a bite to eat so we chose Panera after our horrible experience at the Crumbl cookies next door we ordered our food and that was all god but we had ordered four cups we got one and when we had tried to tell them that we had ordered the four cup the workers said that wasn’t true and refused us cups and we had to go and replace and pay for our drinks again when we had already paid for the four cups/ drinks in the first place but the restaurant it’s self was very dirty and crowded you can tell it hadn’t been cleaned all day the tables were sticky and had food all over them so this is your sign to not go here is you want a good meal

I will forever regret this visit. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch on black pepper bread. Upon opening the sandwich, I noticed the bread was not bread. It was 2 blueberry bagels carefully crafted into a figure 8. Initially I was impressed with the joining of the two, the taste on the other hand. I can no longer eat anything with blueberries in it and it is safe to say I am scarred forever. I ate most of it. My stomach was NOT happy. Please, do not do this to anybody else. One full week later, I am still haunted.

I have been a regular at Millbury Panera Bread for many years and always was very impressed with the service, in particular Amanda Mills. She has been an outstanding attribute to Panera bread and we, as customers absolutely loved her, she was so accommodating and friendly to all. However, unfortunately, she has been mistreated by the management and was put in a position in which she was forced to quit due to a challenging situation. I would hope all employees, especially outstanding would be treated with the respect they are due to in the future~ Thank you!
