Safe area for a good lunch. Nice variety in their menu. String options for dessert. Service was quick as there were a good amount of people serving the counters. This location is right in the middle of the black study mall. Good first visit !

A few friends and I wanted to get a bite to eat so we chose Panera after our horrible experience at the Crumbl cookies next door we ordered our food and that was all god but we had ordered four cups we got one and when we had tried to tell them that we had ordered the four cup the workers said that wasn’t true and refused us cups and we had to go and replace and pay for our drinks again when we had already paid for the four cups/ drinks in the first place but the restaurant...

I have been a regular at Millbury Panera Bread for many years and always was very impressed with the service, in particular Amanda Mills. She has been an outstanding attribute to Panera bread and we, as customers absolutely loved her, she was so accommodating and friendly to all. However, unfortunately, she has been mistreated by the management and was put in a position in which she was forced to quit due to a challenging situation. I would hope all employees, especially outstanding...
