Friendly environment great beer and good friends
My husband and I have had their beer at many a beer festival and talk about their jalepeno Kolsh maybe once a month so for my birthday, we decided to make the drive to the taproom finally!
It happened to be the Millbury Chain of Lights so the taproom was bustling with festive families. We found a table by the door and ordered a bunch of small pours to be able to try as many as we could including:
- Candy Cane Potty, White Stout (order this with the candy cane rim!)
- Rainy Day Fund, Cloudberry Blonde Ale
- Sticky Fingers, Sweet Potato Casserole Amber Ale
- Amaretto, Spiked Water
& the 2 Collab Brews with Lost Shoe Brewing in Marlborough, MA:
- Penny Loafers, Apple Pie Oatmeal Stout
- A SIXPENCE in your shoe, Caramel Pecan Pie Stout
We were impressed with their beers and found their taproom in downtown Millbury charming, we'll definitely be back in again soon!
Good beer. I had the Promo Code: Lemon, which wasn't my favorite, but will still come back to try their other offerings. Quick and friendly service.
Interesting selection, excellent NEIPA
Great spot all around.
what an accurate name for this establishment. a friend of mine was hired to host an event and the owner promised a specific rate. the second time the event was hosted, the owner paid far less than what was promised since there was a smaller turn out. you would think the owner would be decent enough to give the payment that was promised and then maybe moving forward adjust it according to the amount of customers attending. but no. beer was fine but overpriced on top of that and lacked diversity. everything on the menu should be two to three dollars less considering the portions below average. i dont want to be too harsh as the service wasn't bad by any means but I think there are far better breweries to spend your money

Fun environment. Friendly staff. Great prices. Delicious drinks!
Good vibes, good beer. BYOF from local restaurants
Popped in when I had an hour to kill. I was greeted by friendly staff who offered suggestions from their tap list based on my tastes. Settled on pint of Couch Diver IPA. Very tasty bitter and delicious. I love a nano berry that has the flagship beers to suit most but always has something new to try.Prices were very reasonable! I'll be back soon!
Restaurantji Recommends
The place was cozy & inviting. The beers & spike water were excellent! It reminded me of hometown pub. The staff was great they let us have a couple of samples before deciding what to order. It was very reasonable priced for hand crafted beer. I would recommend this place to anyone around.
Positives: Small place but plenty of seating and even a kids area. Board games and activities to do. Decent options for beers. Negatives: Based on the name you’d think beers might be cheaper, nope. 10$ per beer essentially. Didnt love the beer but I only tried one. Parking can be tough. Worth a visit
Good variety of beers. Cool little spot with friendly staff.
Fun place, good beer, good people
I love my beer, but I'm super picky. I tried 3 different beers from here, and I was very impressed. Potty Mouth Jar was amazing! Creamy, and a hint of chocolate. I'm not a stout drinker, but I love this stuff! Next up was Vacation Fund. Pilsner with a twist. Awesome! Iight and refreshing. I'm not a pilsner person either, but I'll drink this stuff anytime! Last but certainly not least, was Rainy Day Fund. I was iffy about the cloudberry flavor, but I love blonde ales so why not? I was pleasantly surprised! It almost reminded me of crunch berries. A little fruity flavor. Something different for sure! Delicious! I may have to give an IPA a try next. Great stuff! Check them out!
