Food was ok at best. But the service could not have been better the girl on the phone was nice and couldn't ask for better service. I believe her name was Brianna. She was so kind when I got there to pick up my food so helpful every time I go! She needs a raise!

The employees were just absolutely LOVELY, very friendly right when I walked in, and just a great overall vibe.For my order, I asked for diced green peppers on my pizza and they were just so accommodating to my order. When I went to pick it up they were actually apologizing saying if it wasn't cut small enough they will do better next time. Just put a smile on my face.No need!... It was perfect! ?

Very expensive. Customer service is terrible. Food is hit or miss but my biggest complaint is that I ordered party pizzas early afternoon for a 6:15 delivery and they never got to my house until an hour after the time I needed them. Pizza weren't even cooked and cold. I called to complain and the manager Nick told me "they were cooked to perfection" you weren't at my house eating them. I could see if I ordered them the recommend hour to two hours before but I ordered them 6 hours in advance no need for the late delivery or cold pizza. Won't use again for my party needs.

Pizza Chef offers good value for the location, I was surprised at the variety and reasonable pricing of the menu. I ordered two pepperoni slices (which happens to be about half a pizza--no problem for me!) and was not disappointed. It was not my favorite pizza, but it was definitely quite better than I was anticipating for the price. It sits somewhere between a Greek pizza with a crunchy, well browned crust and fluffy interior and a bar pizza as far as flavor profile. Cheesy, nicely broiled, and ultimately a strong slice worthy of holding the ample sauce. The service was wonderful, compliments to all who expedite the slices. I got hot, steaming slices only just a little too hot to eat once served.

Food is good but prices are way to high. I believe this is the most pricey pizza place in the state besides Boston. Let's be honest if you guys hired more older people the food would be right for the prices being provided. But 22 dollars for a pizza after tax is too much. Also almost 18 bucks for mozzarella sticks is overkill. I don't know much about business and not trying to say how you should run a business but as nice as I can say it try better by lowering prices for a little while and see how many more customers you'll get overtime which will attract higher income. Because the prices here are too much compared to many pizza places around , Worcester, Sutton , Grafton and Boylston
the pizza is great, but I'm on a hunt to find the best eggplant pizza. While the flavor of the eggplant was there, it's was huge chunks, just scattered about. A piece of advice, thinly slice the eggplant (the long way) and cover the entire pizza with it after the sauce, and before the cheese. no one wants a huge chunk of eggplant lIke that. great pizza otherwise.

Great steak and cheese subs. Pizza is just ok. Way too expensive for what it is. I've gotten fried things before and the food was burnt because the oil needed to be changed.
