This is our second time ordering from Raviolis. The first time delivery was quick. We got a chicken bacon ranch sub and a steak and cheese. The chicken was grilled and chewy, not the best. My husband likes his steak and cheese but the steak had little to no seasoning. This time, We ordered just a plain cheese pizza which was good but as a side we ordered the greek pasta salad listed on the menu.
The paper menu and the online menu has no description of what comes with the dish. So i assumed a “pasta salad” is a normal elbow pasta with cucumber tomatoes and greek salad dressing. Maybe a specific cheese mixed in too. Well…we received a greek salad with legit spaghetti on top. Which was extremely cold and soggy. Greek salad dressing on the side….i mean i can’t even be mad as my husband and i just died laughing but like seriously? Never have i ever got this as a “pasta salad”. I honestly don’t think we’ll be back. It was a good laugh though 😅

I ordered delivery through DoorDash and it was canceled right before it was supposed to be delivered. I called the restaurant. It took forever to get through and once I finally got through, They told me they were really busy and had to cancel all of their DoorDash deliveries. Not great Service from that perspective.

Ordered delivery. Bruschetta is not bruschetta. It is a pocketless pita with cheese and olives. Ordered boneless Buffalo wings with extra Buffalo sauce. Wings were not good and we did not get the extra sauce. Ordered a wrap, received a different wrap. When I called to tell them, he argued with me for ten minutes telling me I ordered incorrectly. When he received my email of the screenshot of their online menu, he told me he would send me the correct item. It's now been an hour and I haven't received anything. Update: Called to say I no longer wanted the correct wrap after waiting over an hour, 2 hours since I originally ordered. They said the only way they would refund me is if I drove there and they gave me cash which I know is a load of BS. I also saw in a review from 5 months ago that someone had the exact same problem that I did, so they are well aware of the problem and basically called me a liar. I've had to start a dispute with my CC company. These people have zero integrity or customer service. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

So I’d like at start by saying that I ordered my food at like 10:15 PM (my wife and I both work 3-11shift and got home early) and thought one of two things were going to happen, it was going to be cold when I got it or this place was going to be two hours late, or both, I also couldn’t blame them because there five miles of Worcester traffic away and that’s hard to keep food hot in. And absolutely none of it happened. The food came in in a timely fashion and it was still off the oven hot, not to mention the flavors of the dishes, (carbonara for my wife and Alfredo for myself) needless to say I will be coming back for more.
Fantastic food and ambiance. A bit tricky to find and imagine from the street/area surrounding, but so worth it. Real good pricing and atmosphere and attention to their food. Planning a return real soon on my next shopping trip to central Mass.
Our meals were delicious. The fish was super fresh and cooked perfectly. Can’t wait to return.

Place looks really nice beside the guy doing coke on the side of the. Building. Went round 730 pm customer service was ok but took longer then it should for the amount of people in the dinning room waiting at least 20 min for the check got a burger and waffle fries that weren't bad the burschetta was not good at all and my gf got a chicken sandwich that she said tasted horrible for the quality of food compared to the price I would rather go some place els

Ordered fried scallops that were not fried. Fries were cold and flavorless. Service was horrible as both servers were invisible. Would have walked out if proceeds weren't going to cat rescue. Needless to say I won't be returning.
