I really like to go in dining in with my family, the food so far has been great, but last Sunday my kids had a large pizza and I had a cob salad and unfortunately there was a short hair in both plates, I talked to the server and she talked to the chef and he said there was not possible and that I was lying , I did not have any reason to lie and is not the first time that I go to the place but it was the first time with that kind of incident, I paid my bill in full, I tip the server, she did apologize and she give a good service. I should say is the the last time going to Ravioli’s.

Love the exposed duct work & piping which goes well with the large plank wood walls. Hopped up on 1 of the 4 tall decorative cloth back booths. Appeared they also have about 7 or 8 other floor level booths. Browsed the variety of options on the 2 sided menu while listening to 50's and 60's music. Went classic with a sautéed mushroom & onion burger with waffle fries & a coke. Everything cooked perfectly, no complaints. Plenty of parking. HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE walkway/roll-up. Open late too for those 2nd & 3rd shifters needing a snack on the way out of or into work.
Went with my mother and granddaughter. Entrees were penne and sauce, eggplant parm and meatball parm. Meals were served hot and tasted great. Large garlic roll served warm was tasty. Flan and churros were excellent. What I didn’t like was the server’s young daughter running around the restaurant, screaming and throwing a balloon up in the air around the whole restaurant. Even my 5 yr old granddaughter asked why that girl was doing that. It detracted from the whole dining experience. Will I try it again? Probably.

Ordered eggplant parmasan eggplant had no taste sauce taste like canned sauce a step above high school cafeteria food at best very disappointed will not go
Terrible customer service, puts meat in food without showing it on the menu ( an contamination issue) told me to go f myself when upset about my order. Delivery drivers dont follow directions and are incredibly rude.

Great food been there quite a few times everything ive ordered was delicious..hommade soup was delicious ,salads r fresh an crisp ,pizza wasn't greasy . Great appetizers. All the staff are polite an friendly . Definitely my go to place..
Do NOT order anything with the steak. I got.the steak tip salad and my husband ordered the steak tip dinner. It was inedible. I couldn't even rip it apart with a knife it was such an awful cut if meat and it was super rare, except one piece was well done. My sin ordered the turkey bacon wrapped and the bacon was slimy and bary cooked. Not worth the $70 spent on dinner.
