We went to lunch on a Sunday afternoon for burgers. The apps came with dirty plates which we sent back. The fries were cold, we had to send the burgers back for lettuce and tomatoes. I don’t know what happened to the pickles?? It just wasn’t worth the bill for $123. Which included two house margaritas which came with an unsalted glass. All four of us were disappointed with our meals. Better meals and values can be found at other restaurants.

Wow. Where do I even begin? We came to Red Robin to celebrate our daughter’s birthday — her favorite restaurant — and it turned into one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. This was on 12/30/2025, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish.
We were seated and then completely ignored for a solid 20 minutes before our waiter even acknowledged us. I understand being busy, but 20 minutes is excessive. When we finally ordered drinks, it took another 10 minutes for them to arrive. I ordered an IPA, which came after the other two drinks because they were apparently “making it.” If that’s the case, they might want to find a new brewmaster — it tasted awful. My daughter and fiancé both ordered Dr. Peppers, and neither had any carbonation. They still drank them, but mentioned it to the waiter when he finally came back.
We ordered an appetizer at the same time as the drinks, and that didn’t arrive until about 15 minutes later. When the appetizer finally showed up, we placed our food order. Then we waited… and waited… and waited. Another 30–45 minutes went by before our food arrived.
When it finally did, it was obvious it had been sitting out. My daughter’s mac and cheese was cold. My burger and my fiancé’s chicken sandwich were barely lukewarm — like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for 20+ minutes. At that point, we were starving and had already been there forever, so we just ate it instead of sending it back.
What made it worse was watching other tables go through the same thing. The people behind us were also there for a birthday and were apologizing to their child because their food was cold. They sent it back and never even got it returned before they finally paid and left. Another father and daughter who arrived around the same time as us also never received their food and left after paying.
To top it all off, my daughter really wanted them to sing Happy Birthday. When we asked, the waiter said he “couldn’t find anyone to sing,” even though they had literally just sung for another table about 10 minutes earlier. He did bring her an ice cream, but by that point we were completely over it and just wanted to leave.
This was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Red Robin. We will never return to this location again.
My advice: avoid this place like the plague. It does not deserve your time or money.

the food was good just a bit of a wait for everything really, we got our appetizer before even half of our drinks weren’t at the table. Our Waitress was just very short and not attentive at all.
Ordered a salad as a side and got no silverware nor did she offer dessert just brought the check after we asked for boxes. this was disappointing as it was my dads birthday and we heard them sing to a table by the bar area. definitely won’t be back just really disappointing

There was dead flies on the windowsill where we sat. Also flies flying around the window, where we sat and no toilet paper in the bathroom

The service is very slow, even though the the restaurant was not busy. The fish in the fish and chips was nowhere near fresh. The Cole slaw we were served had gone bad and smelled terrible. The burger was equally as bad. Not worth the time and money.

Like many people are saying the wait time is crazy ! Over 2 hours. It took a solid 45 minutes to get our food . Around the end of lunch. But we were seated right away. Then refills take a long time too. So you can’t really get refills.

Mediocre at best.
Second visit. Consistent results. Good service, thank you.
Food, mediocre at best. By no reasonable measure should their burger be considered "gourmet". Bread lacked freshness. Fries were undercooked, cold and coated with excess grease. Kid's milkshakes ($8 each) were pretty good, they do offer a $4 shake option. Men's room needs cleaning and maintenance. One sink marked out of order, second sink had pool of soapy water, soap dispenser literally falling off wall. Zero attention to detail very unimpressive.

Easily the worst service I’ve ever had. Chronically understaffed. No host/hostess creates an extremely long wait when half the restaurant is empty. The last few times I’ve gone we were seated for 5+ minutes before anyone came to the table.

Haven’t been in years because I normally try to support local establishments, but my wife was craving it so we went. Not the cleanest environment, the tables were clean enough but the floor was littered with crumbs and straw wrappers, which with the amount of employees that were just standing around someone should have been handing that. Plus my wife kept pointing out how there was what looked like dried milkshake splatter all over the side of the bar wall, where the employees get peoples sodas, that had never been cleaned up. I know it’s not an area for customers anyway but at least clean it up since it’s visible from our booth. The food was decent enough no real complaints there, but if the dining room looked a little dirty makes you wonder about the kitchen.

Server seems to either be overwhelmed or simply forgot to bring out our food. Food was cold once it reached my family. Then never came back to ask if we needed refills etc. service was horrendous.

If you're looking to wait for your food and expecting to have a drink, then this is the place to go.
I went shopping with some friends and we decided to stop in for dinner/ drinks. Our server decided to make an appearance 15 minutes after we were seated (I work in the in industry so trust me when I say it was 15 minutes).
Regardless, we went on to order water, drinks and apps. It was only when we finished the apps (brought by the food runner) that we decided that we didn't want the round of waters or drinks anymore. At this point we had to chase or server to pay (tho we should've just left, but again, I work in industry).
I would like to think that this was a bad day for the server/ restaurant. I don't plan to go there unless I have time to go somewhere after
