Mediocre at best.
Second visit. Consistent results. Good service, thank you.
Food, mediocre at best. By no reasonable measure should their burger be considered "gourmet". Bread lacked freshness. Fries were undercooked, cold and coated with excess grease. Kid's milkshakes ($8 each) were pretty good, they do offer a $4 shake option. Men's room needs cleaning and maintenance. One sink marked out of order, second sink had pool of soapy water, soap dispenser literally falling off wall. Zero attention to detail very unimpressive.

Easily the worst service I’ve ever had. Chronically understaffed. No host/hostess creates an extremely long wait when half the restaurant is empty. The last few times I’ve gone we were seated for 5+ minutes before anyone came to the table.

Haven’t been in years because I normally try to support local establishments, but my wife was craving it so we went. Not the cleanest environment, the tables were clean enough but the floor was littered with crumbs and straw wrappers, which with the amount of employees that were just standing around someone should have been handing that. Plus my wife kept pointing out how there was what looked like dried milkshake splatter all over the side of the bar wall, where the employees get peoples sodas, that had never been cleaned up. I know it’s not an area for customers anyway but at least clean it up since it’s visible from our booth. The food was decent enough no real complaints there, but if the dining room looked a little dirty makes you wonder about the kitchen.

Server seems to either be overwhelmed or simply forgot to bring out our food. Food was cold once it reached my family. Then never came back to ask if we needed refills etc. service was horrendous.

If you're looking to wait for your food and expecting to have a drink, then this is the place to go.
I went shopping with some friends and we decided to stop in for dinner/ drinks. Our server decided to make an appearance 15 minutes after we were seated (I work in the in industry so trust me when I say it was 15 minutes).
Regardless, we went on to order water, drinks and apps. It was only when we finished the apps (brought by the food runner) that we decided that we didn't want the round of waters or drinks anymore. At this point we had to chase or server to pay (tho we should've just left, but again, I work in industry).
I would like to think that this was a bad day for the server/ restaurant. I don't plan to go there unless I have time to go somewhere after

The burgers were good but much smaller than they used to be. The service was terrible.
I don't know what's happening now it was my favorite place to eat. I guess they changed the rules before they take you to the table and quickly they came to bring you the basket of potatoes... because I guess if you go into a restaurant it's because you're hungry... or something You see they don't give the necessary training to the waiters.

My boyfriend and I visited the Millbury location on 70 Worcester Providence Turnpike. The food was decent, and our waitress was polite and took our order correctly. However, after finishing our meal, we noticed a cockroach on the table. My boyfriend quickly covered it with an object, and we alerted our waitress, who, after a brief scream, managed to kill it. While the manager did compensate us for our meal, the experience was unsettling and left me thoroughly disgusted. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last visit to Red Robin.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. My friend and I wanted to order a burger, a chicken sandwich, and pickles. We requested no tomatoes in the salad, pink burger patties with crispy fries…THATS IT. Not only did they not follow our request, The pickup time for the order was 6:52 pm and our dasher wasn’t able to pick it up and stayed there for AN HOUR just to get the food. When the food arrived it was cold and we only live 5-10 minutes away.

So my wife and I decided to go to Red Robin for lunch today. First of all the place was not really busy. Plenty of tables open but it took them 10 minutes to seat us. The waiter came over and we ordered drinks and a shorty stack. Not 2 minutes after we got the drinks he was asking for our order. It took 10 minutes for the onion rings to come. We ordered 2 burgers. And we waited and watched the waiter running around trying to handle the customers by himself. The table next to us said that they were there for an hour waiting for the food. My wife noticed that our order was done and was put under the heat lamp. We timed it and it was 15 minutes before our dinner was served. We were going to go get it our selves. That's when the waiter went over and picked it up. My fries were cold the burger was dried out and not very appealing. But didn't want to wait another 20+ minutes for another burger. I don't blame the waiter I blame the restaurant for lack of help. We will have to re-think our decision to go next time maybe we will just go to one of the other places nearby.
SORRY BUT NOT HAPPY

We love this place and take our daughter every week after her drama class. You aren't going to get better food for the price point and the vibe is perfect for a nice and easy family hangout. Red Robin is a cornerstone for us.
Kid-friendliness: Very good place for kids. Even picky eaters will have no trouble here
