3 strikes and your out..got food from them when they first opened..pretty good..last 3..well.. let's just say if they continue to serve slop like I got friday..wont be around long!.. each time I've ordered pizza I was clear I wanted it well done..what i got was a cheese pizza that was a round..mound of undercooked ..oily..greasy..SLOP!.. Rosso's....YOUR FIRED!!

Prices are legit insane. Probably the most insane I've seen. More expensive than Boston pizza no lie. There's not one thing in the menu that's reasonable. This is more of a place you go to if you are so hungry and are wanting to try something different. Actually this place is more for highschool rich kids. Ridiculous

Im not one to write reviews and i know everyone has their own go but $82 for 4 chicken ceasar salads!! Really? NEVER AGAIN !! Got the same excuse that another person wrote about. The prices on the menu are wrong. I do want to say that the salad is fresh, i like the fact the chicken, croutons, and dressing are on the side so you add them in when you're ready. It is clearly written on their menu that a chicken ceasar salad is $12.95, and if you are raising the prices you need to remove the menu prices from your store and online. I get it, everything has gone up, because of food costs, but $7.00 each salad, I feel, is a ridiculous jump.

First visit. Never again. When we ordered, we were told that the prices on the menu were wrong and the server gave us another price. When we got the bill it was a different price again and this one was even higher. My husband ordered a meatball sub with fries. (The fries were good.) The meatballs had an odd texture. They were spongy and chewy and the sandwich had next to no flavor. I have several food sensitivities. When I ordered a grilled chicken salad, I asked that it be cooked well done and not be seasoned. After about half an hour our food finally arrived. My chicken was seasoned, greasy, and not well done. I sent it back and, when returned, it appeared to have been simply rinsed off and returned cold. The texture of the chicken was much worse than the meatballs had been. It felt and tasted like some sort of artificial chicken. When I was dissatisfied with my chicken, the server gave me a funny look. I asked "What was wrong" and she said "he wouldn't be happy". We heard the cook in the kitchen yelling at her. What was wrong with our visit? Only the prices, the order, the quality of the food, and the quality of the overall service.

I've ordered three different items at three different times from this establishment (all not good) and this order isn't defendable. I never write bad reviews but I was astonished when I got my order this time. I ordered an Italian sub and it was all bread. There was ONE SLICE of pepperoni, provolone, ham, and salami in one half of the sandwich. It was deli meat you find prepackaged at the grocery store. I would need to add my own deli meat to make it worth eating. It amounted to nothing when compared to the bread. Asked for pickles and banana peppers and didn't get them. No condiments added either. Three strikes for me and it's out. Will not be ordering from here again.

I'm totally blown away with Rosso's!The food was phenomenal, the service was way better than most places, and before we left the Chef visited our table to see how our meal was. I rarely leave long reviews but this place would get a 6 star if it was an option!

When in tonight looking see if there was anything I would be able to order that didn't have any dairy in it due to an allergy . The chef was so sweet. He made me a chicken parm minus the cheese that was so delicious. Thank you so much for accommodating me. Not too many places would do that.
