This Subway has the rudest employee I've ever seen. Yelled at a woman right in front of my husband and I for asking how old the Tuna was and that 12 hours being left out is a good thing. And when I tried to back her up since I worked in the food industry for quite a while I was yelled at as well and told to basically shut up and my my business because he wasn't talking to me. I Will never go to that location EVER EVER AGAIN!!!! WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE MANAGER IN THE MORNING. ...

Nothing Up My Sleeve X.
Subway is the lowest rung on the sandwich ladder and for the life of me how they are still in business can only be explained by the dead taste buds and lazy nature of their customer base. No way is a foot long sandwich of any kind worth $14+ dollars from this dump. There is a deli right down the street that has great subs at reasonable prices and this is where we will go from now on. Subway is sub par and should be called SuxWay.

This location also offers the veggie patty (Vegan).Kid-friendliness: Workers are friendly with kids, I have seen kids ask for stickers, as well as employees being patient while a younger child orders their own food. After multiple encounters with teenagers loitering in the store and stealing drinks under the guise of getting water, this location may be more reluctant to offer future teenagers cups for water.Parking: There are 5 spots in front of the building, as well as a lot connected that the neighbors use to park there is space for roughly another 5 cars there, and worst case there is a cvs lot 100 ft away.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get up to the building on the side entrance.Dietary restrictions: Workers are knowledgeable about ingredients of their product, however are not extremely conscientious about cross contamination. As someone with severe food allergies, simply ask them to get you a clean knife and change their gloves, and if possible pull fresh containers of meat from the fridges behind the line.
Love this location, friendly and educated employees. Always make my sandwich perfect!

To the young lady who was working all alone on 10/17/2021, you are outstanding and kudos is deserved!! She handled the lunch rush and an angry customer with such professionalism! There were more than 10 customers and to go orders and this young lady kept her composure and worked so hard with a smile on her face to get them complete! To the customer who was not understanding that she was alone and gave her dirty looks and huff and puffed, shame on you. I was very impressed with her work ethic and her ability to remain polite and professional during the very stressful situation.

Thank you. Subway in kelly square screwed us all but my wifes wasnt something she would eat so she went back and they REFUSED to remake it. So when she couldnt get the number for corprate she called millbury subway to see if they could help her with the number. They not only helped her but even not being from the same owner they made my wife her sandwich free of charge!
