The waitress was great but that was the only great part sadly. The silverware were dirty, food was not hot AT ALL and everything tasted kinda off. My advice is just skip it or pick another place to spend your money

Was sitting there on a Sunday evening @ 9pm... all of a sudden a DJ starts playing loud hip hop music 8ft from my ear! Wtf! I left immediately and no one answers the phone so I can describe how awful that was! Appalled to say the least. UPDATE... ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK WITH NO RESPONSE YET FROM MANAGEMENT! WOW

Was there on Valentines with my wife and was very disappointed with my ordered..i ordered the bucket with wings and ribs and got what they wanted

Ordered food for curbside pickup and they took 15 minutes to answer the phone to bring the food outside and then asked me to come inside to get it and I’m in a wheelchair which I couldn’t do and then they forgot our drinks. Never again

As restaurant owner, I never had a horrible customer service like this , nobody wants to drink beer from hot glass even it is very slow , also I don’t need to wait for someone to show up at the bar to serve me after 10 min seating there

I asked for 4 sour creams for my meal and only got one then came asked for more sourcream and never received it. I felt we were a burden in the restaurant and it took forever for him to come check on us

Robert is an excellent server. He is very professional, hospitable, knowledgeable, and kind.
The food was served hot and consistent with past visits.

I get full quickly, needless to say if I leave somewhere spending $50 and I'm still hungry there's something wrong. Portion sizes are ridiculously small. No wonder they're closing down locations. 5 stars for service because it's not your fault you work for a chain, will never return tho.

I wish I could give it more than 1 star because we loved Fridays food in the past (service has always been lacking) but we didn’t even get to eat this time around. We showed up on a Friday around 5:30 and the restaurant was pretty empty. We were seated at our table and… nothing. We sat there for 20 minutes with servers walking by us and we were never acknowledged. No drinks, not even a “hello”. We decided to go to Red Robin across the street and had a great meal. It’s not all that surprising to see that Fridays is in financial trouble…

Now let's look at it like this, Fridays is always a great time, everyday that ends in y.great toons,great people, always a great conversation to be found,so why stay home when you can walk window shop,figure out what you want for the next holiday get ideas,and stop in Fridays for a drink,app a rest and some fun.you won't be disappointed at all.
