2PM on Sunday. Only 5 people in the restaurant, so no pressure on servers or kitchen. Lots of flat screen tv's showing all three nfl games which was great. Menu said that the "Smashburger" had two smashed burgers, cheese, bacon, onion rings, shredded lettuce on a brioche bun. Burgers weren't smashed, making them too fat to even rest on each other. Shredded lettuce was whole spinach leaves. "Brioche" bun was a stale hamburger bun. It did have cheese and bacon on both burgers and onion rings on top. Waitress delivered the food without silverware or napkins. Fries were tasteless. When picking up the check, waitress asked "How was everything? Do you want a box for that?" I showed her the spinach that I had pulled out, a piece of the bun, and the 1/2 of the overdone burger I removed after it fell off the bottom burger. I asked for the menu back and read all the description that was not what they served. She agreed, then took my plate and card and headed back to the kitchen area. Came back a few minutes later having run my card and said "thanks for coming"... nothing about my complaint, no apologies, no acknowledgement. Needless to say I won't be going back there!

Great family friendly restaurant, great for watching sports also Staff and Owners are Respectful friendly and curtis, definitely recommend stopping in if in the area.
