Ordered food last Tuesday night via door dash online. The restaurant was closed due to the weather , yet the order went through. How can this be? Anyway, I was charged and I waited a couple of days for the charge to reverse, ( how stupid of me) However I thought either door dash or AvaLena's would do the right thing and reverse the charge, after all what did they do to earn the money? It turns out no reversal came so I called AvaLena's who will get most of the money that I paid, but they wouldn't help. Door dash wouldn't help and would not refund my money bc the charge was older than 3 days. Yes 3 days. Anyway will not be using door dash and I will not be going back to AvaLena's as apparently a lousy 25 bucks is more important to that restaurant than doing the right thing for a longtime loyal customer.

How surprising to find excellent sauce and meatballs at this unlikely location. 30 beers on tap and a friendly, well-informed waitress, Lisa. We look forward to trying their pizza fish and chips. Five star food.

Nice bar and aesthetics, but menu hasn't changed since they opened and is extremely limited. More salads and non-red meat options would be awesome.

The food was fantastic! Try the Lotus Bites and the steak and cheese egg rolls. For a pizza, we ordered the Fenway Park. Awesome! Toni, our server, took service and ambiance to another level! Within 2 minutes of seating, she was there ready to take our order. Thank you, Toni!

I really like the food here but I am writing because of a Mother's day Martini that I thought they were doing exclusive for Mother's Day it was good but being charged 21 dollars for it I couldn't believe the price It's a sports bar. I left a 30 percent tip so the service was good. I tried to write to management about my concern it's been 2 months so I guess they don't care so we won't be back. Loyal customer.

This is really a hidden gem in Millis. A huge bar, plenty of seating, great food and very friendly staff. My only suggestion to the owner is the musicians play really loud. You have a high ceiling and a long room and the sound bounces all over. It's hard to talk to the person next to you. Then again, I'm old so these would be the things I'd complain about.

The waitress had so much perfume on that it lingered long after she left the table, thankfully she didn't come around often. Unfortunately she didn't come around often enough. In our experience, since they have runners, the waitresses don't come back and check timely.She did however come with my (free) pickles after I was more than halfway through my burger :(No offer to refill drinksWe ordered Smash burgers. Expected them to be cooked all the way through, two meals (4 burgers) all pink and med/rare inside. Also they nickel and dimed us again.The waitress asked what side we wanted and listed off the sides, including onion rings, which I agreed to and then there was an uncharge of a dollar fifty on the bill, which was never mentioned.*The worst one was the uncharge of one dollar for mayonnaise... for the bacon cheeseburgers!!!! Seriously!!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Our first time here.7 pm on a Friday night. Busy, but not crazy busy. Live music.We enjoyed our food and will go back again. It just stinks there an up charge. Oh they apparently up charge for everything! Up charged for adding a flavoring to a hard alcohol, that they have on tap.That is one of two reasons I didn't give 5 stars, the other was the waitress. She was happy to answer questions when we arrived (obviously since it was our first time we had questions) however, when she came back with drinks and to take orders she wasn’t quite so happy or friendly. And she didn't get any friendlier as the meal progressed. She was gone for most of our meal. No idea where... She never offered to refill drinks, I had to ask. We had a great time here! My husband and I had a very nice dinner. The live music was lovely and set such a great atmosphere. Our server Charles was the very best, he was super attentive and so nice! Would recommend. 10/10
