Every single time i order decaf i get regular coffee. Why is it so hard? Or do you simply not order it to save money take it off the menu then i cannot drink regular coffee!! 3rd day in a row i have received strong regular coffee.

Simple things like jelly for an English muffin or lemon for tea or other drinks, when you ask for it they look at you like a deer in headlights, then they give up and say they don't have it. I get aggravated every time I go there. I don't know if the language barrier of the window staff plays into it but something needs to change.

I got a croissant stuffer the meat wasnt cooked im the middle so they have me raw meat that could of made me sick so dont come here unless you wanna get raw food they should be shut down ive been to manu dunkins around the whole country and this is the worst one in the united states by far!

I order simple things and they STILL SCREW them up on a consistent basis. I will NEVER GO BACK. Coffee tastes old, you typically get the wrong donut. Etc. Never again.

This is a Dunkin… so the atmosphere is non-existent. However, not all of these things are the same. For better or worse, this is the most consistently high quality Dunkin. They reliably toast bagels, get orders right, and the coffee tastes just a biiit better than the others.

Jill is a PHENOMENAL manager, Wow! I can’t say enough great things about this location. I’ve never left with a bad coffee or interaction. The employees are quick and helpful.
I love that place, my tall friend who works there, she sees me and already knows what I'm going to order. Medium hot cappuccino with 3 sugars and cinnamon powder. Thank you.

Too rude... I asked for something, I didn't register for payment because they hacked my card, and when I came back, they yelled at me and offended me, without me being able to explain, I stayed at the window for a moment to explain what happened again, and they told me He yelled again for me to leave this place quickly......I shop there every day, because of the distance and because I love Donkin Dunuts......but that person who serves me is very short of patience and rude......I'm still outraged by not being able to speak English perfectly and explain what happened, I also wanted to pay the payment that was rejected and they yelled at me to get out of there,.....is it fair?
