Worst experience ever,,,I order thru drive through,,after waiting for the 2 cars in front of me for about 20 to 25 minutes..The lady at the window tells me she’s not going to give me my order,,this was my supper run and I chose DD to eat at…not only did she slam the window shut she comes back to insult me,give me the finger,call me an asshole and told me I was an ugly old man…I said nothing wrong or mean to her so I don’t know what her problem was…should be on tape,,this was Nov 5th around 4pm….went back to work and 11 hr day with no dinner….She could have been nice about not doing my order by at least giving me my coffee or maybe a free donut,something for waiting 25 minutes…..I spend $50 bucks aweek at this DD…..never again will I go to a DD’s,,,her name must be Karen,,,she was the most unhinged person I’ve ever met!

HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELYTHE WORST COFFEE. . These individuals can't even make coffee correctly. You oder a medium hot with cream the tag even says three cream they give you one. This has happened on several occasions at this location. And the coffee had a burnt flavor. AVOID IF POSSIBLE

Their seems to be a lot of one stars I do not do the drive through.I go inside and order Lg ice coffee.and the person waiting on me stir it with a spoon.mixed perfect.every time.

Every single time i order decaf i get regular coffee. Why is it so hard? Or do you simply not order it to save money take it off the menu then i cannot drink regular coffee!! 3rd day in a row i have received strong regular coffee.

Simple things like jelly for an English muffin or lemon for tea or other drinks, when you ask for it they look at you like a deer in headlights, then they give up and say they don't have it. I get aggravated every time I go there. I don't know if the language barrier of the window staff plays into it but something needs to change.
I got a croissant stuffer the meat wasnt cooked im the middle so they have me raw meat that could of made me sick so dont come here unless you wanna get raw food they should be shut down ive been to manu dunkins around the whole country and this is the worst one in the united states by far!

This is a Dunkin… so the atmosphere is non-existent. However, not all of these things are the same. For better or worse, this is the most consistently high quality Dunkin. They reliably toast bagels, get orders right, and the coffee tastes just a biiit better than the others.
