I’m going to miss this place. Jalapa the restaurant is gone. It’s now a take out burrito place like chipotle, but they do alcohol as well.
Great food and drinks!Warm inside!Staff was friendly! The Chorizo was amazing!

Used to love coming here, but I'm done after this latest trip. My burrito was 90% rice. They skimped out on as much meat as possible.I was also charged $4.50 for a side of sour cream, which is outlandish. If you're going to overcharge me that much, warn me.Highly disappointed.
Used to love this place. However, went there a few weeks ago and sat outside. They had a HUGE speaker blaring really bad music. I asked if they could turn it down a little. They said no. I was actually a little stunned. Probably won't go back.

"Came to Millis to enjoy lunch with a good friend but was denied access because of my disability. I have an ESA dog due to my CPTSD and provided paperwork explaining my need for her. I showed the credentials to the staff, but the manager still would not allow us to enjoy a meal, disregarding my proof. The anxiety this induced made me forget I had the card on me, but at that point, it was not worth staying. Due to the hostilities and lack of hospitality, we decided to go elsewhere—— editMy friend went to speak to the manager. When she went in, the tan was mentioned that the manager was actually not there. Overall, we had no engagement with any higher ups to show my paperwork but at that point it was a lost cause. They did not accommodate and when offered to have me talk to the ‘manager’ for, again, proving my disability I chose not to because this was causing me to distress and I went into a mild anxiety attack. If I could give a negative review I would because the overall experience was negative and the situation was handled poorly.Do not recommend eating here if you have a disability and after reading other reviews it seems like that it’s not worth the experience.

Horrible customer service, way too overpriced in the first place in addition to a lot of bad attitude. Do not recommend 00/10Edit to add: just look at the owners petty comment, little does he know I pay cash for everything and I was there with 3 other friends?
Such a great spot! The menu has a ton of variety and the food is always so good and fresh. The servers are also extremely friendly and welcoming! Definitely one of our favorite places in the area.

Ordered the Nacho's with grilled chicken a few months ago. When I got home, the Nacho Chips had absorbed all the juices from the toppings leaving limp, noodle like chips that were inedible. Decided to order again, this time I told them what happened last time with the chips and asked them to separate the toppings in one container and the chips in another."Sorry sir, we don't do that." is their response. They lost an entire office order today. I will never go back here.Hello owner,If you read the review,I tried ordering the nachos again and didn’t want soggy chips. How hard is it to add the chips to a bag instead? Your reply to this honest review is a joke, just like your staff. I guess you train them to be just like you!Sad.
Worst experience ever. Left because after 35 minutes no one came to take our order. Someone would come to ask if we were ready to order, said yes and he just walked away. People were leaving, food was taking for ever. Very disappointing ?For the record, I never said "male server." He looked like the host or someone helping. He should have sent the server if we responded "yes, we are ready to order". Standing by my comment, dissapointed.

The food is OK, but would have been better with small plates for chips and salsa and the appetizers I ordered. There is also no salt and pepper or hot sauce on the table. There service is great just recommend these small things.
