Disgraceful. I was watching them make the fries. They put the plastic in the fryer, and instead of pouring the fries into the frying basket, they drop the entire bag, And even let it sit there for minutes, so that the plastic melts onto the frying basket. Lazy, inconsiderate, and extremely hazardous… where is management?? Where is the health department??

every single time i come here the service is insanely slow. i had a 30 minute break from cvs right next door, i was the only person in the store except one other family (3 people), no cars in the drive thru, and i was still waiting for 20 minutes. another time, i was the only person in the drive thru, i ordered one big mac and a coke, i was waiting at the window for ten minutes. please do not come here lmfao it sucks

Disappointment in the attitude of the staff. My sundae was made and sit there for a while so it’s melted when it’s my turn to pickup through drive through window. I asked to make a new one because it’s melting, the staff kept arguing it’s hot fudge so it’s supposed to be melting. I kept saying I saw it sit there for a while and now it’s melting not because of the fudge. Finally he said oh god very unpleasantly and through away the sundae and ask another staff to make one. The result is ok, the process is very disappointing.
There was a black guys here felt unsafe but otherwise it was good the food was good came in a few minutes

Do not come here at lunch time if you need to get somewhere, always only 1 person working the ordering station and bringing out food. Also working in the drive through. This is beyond rediculous at a fast food place. Hire more people!
