Do not come here at lunch time if you need to get somewhere, always only 1 person working the ordering station and bringing out food. Also working in the drive through. This is beyond rediculous at a fast food place. Hire more people!

There was an item missing from my order so I went into the store to explain and get the sandwich(a simple mcchicken). While I was in there I was greeted and then left waiting/ignored for 20 mins until I practically had to walk behind the counter to get anyone’s attention and ask again for the sandwich I was missing from my drive thru order. After this I was mocked in Spanish by multiple employees amongst themselves, unfortunately for them my Spanish is better than they guessed…

The Food at McDonald’s is actually probably the best I’ve had.. my problem is… this is by far the worst McDonald’s ever when it comes to getting sauces… you either get 3 sauces you didn’t ask for or no sauces at all. Today I asked for 1 buffalo, 1 bbq, 1 hot mustard and I got 3 invisible sauces

Had I known this location did not have a self-serve soda machine and that a meal deal that includes chicken nuggets doesn't come with even one sauce I would have ordered elsewhere however I did it on the app and there's no going back

Yesterday after doing #2 I was STUCK w NO Toilet paper. I had to walk w my pants down to the other stall and hope that door didn't open and not only whoever coming in saw me but whoever was near the doors. I was going to let that slide because it can get busy there and people are only human but today was so upsetting. I rarely get to eat actual food. I used to love McDonald's food but any time I eat any of fries or meat sandwiches I get sick. It isn't McDonald's- it's RED meat in particular, Chinese food, pizza, any pasta, FRIES, rice ...a LOT of food especially "the good stuff" after having my stomach removed so my getting sick isn't "McDonald's" fault. It's been years since i get to enjoy a lot of what i used to unless I'm willing to go through the dreaded feeling really nauseated and then getting sick after. With that said, I can eat things like chicken, fish - very little if what they have. So u can imagine my excitement to see they have a NEW "limited CHICKEN" Big Mac but that ended up a WASTE of $7. It had been sloppily slapped together and not someone who ever wants to complain, I just tried to align the cheese into the middle myself so it wasn't half out of the sandwich when I felt that my meat was actually cold and rock HARD. I'm so disappointed and will never ever order food there again. Small but something is wrong w their toilets, too - it flushes as soon as you sit on it so u get this breeze "down there" and it continues flushing every 30 seconds or so but then once you're done and stand up, it doesn't and the button on the side to manually flush it is SO hard to push in. The sensor doesn't work. I tried that before the button. Literally ended my hand RIGHT in front of it so it's odd the flushing while I'm on it trying to "go".

The workers at the Millis McDonalds were struggling today. There was a issue with the code I was trying to use on the app. It was annoying but not the end of the world. I was asked to pull up and place my order to the person working the window. As soon as I pulled up I saw it was a manager anf i could just feel his negative vibe. I think he was there because the person taking my order had a hard time understanding what I was saying. The manager was rude during our interaction. He didn't say anything rude but he rolled his eyes and he was getting frustrated with me when I was placing my order. He kept cutting me off when I was trying to correct the order when he read it back to me. I get it working with the public can suck but that's your job. I would have respected him much more if he said, sorry we had a crazy day can you repeat your order and I'm sorry but your code is not working can you see if you can get a new one. I literally wanted french fries and 3 cheese burgers so my order was not complicated. I did however get free fries because I'm pretty sure they wanted me to go away.

I recently experienced exceptional customer service during a morning visit last week. The staff and the food were outstanding, and I highly recommend this location.
Ridiculous. On my way to work ordered a number 3 with no sausage.
They gave me only sausage. Ruined my breakfast. This is the worst McDonald's on the planet. $8 down the drain. I get in this world there are so many bigger issues but with the inflation and my own hunger for what I ordered it's absolutely ridiculous. It's not cheap and it's very inconvenience. Not sure if they need workers, or a better ordering software. This seems to be the worst McDonald's on the planet. Might I add it's confusing with the 3 windows.
