I have been going here for over 20 years. You really can't go wrong and they deliver. I think they screwed up on my order twice in 20 years and they quickly remade it without any hassle strongly recommend. The concerning problem is It was twice in the last month. I'm so sad that Millis house changed owners. The service is terrible The food is not anywhere near how good it used to be. My wife just went there and ordered food for our bowling team ordered three subs two of them were supposed to be large one was supposed to be small and they're all the exact same size but they have to balls to charge more money for a large that isn't a large. Have been going here for the last 3 years will never go here again. Would rather pay the extra dollar and go to supreme down the street and get what I pay for. Shame on the new owners for ruining the good name of this place.

This was my second visit, and unfortunately, it was just as disappointing as the first. I found out the restaurant is under new ownership, and it’s definitely not the same as it has been for many years. The food quality has gone downhill, and the prices are still high. The pizza was bland. The sauces were also questionable—the BBQ sauce was so watered down it had a soup-like consistency. I won’t be coming back.

This place is terrible now. The service stinks. The drivers are incompetent, they don't bring the proper change requested over the phone. Their prices are out of control, $40 for a pizza and a meatball sub. The pizza came with the toppings all slid off. Driver couldn't communicate with me. This place has gone downhill fast. It's a waste of money

2.5 hours for a delivery and the Italian sub was bologna, lettuce and onions. it didn't even have cheese. it was ordered with everything. the driver decided what there tip was by only giving back a certain amount of change. that's the second time the messed up and the last time for us

The quality of this place is absolutely horrendous now. I've been hearing terrible things about the new owners and the way they run the business. If you ask around and interact with them, you'll see for yourself the poor treatment, lack of food safety practices like wearing gloves, bad attitudes, and delivery times exceeding 1.5 hours.
Do yourself a favor and witness firsthand how this place has deteriorated. Save your money for something worthwhile because this place is definitely not worth it anymore. This is coming from a 10-year customer.
This place is an absolute nightmare. The employees are incompetent and can't even take a simple order correctly. The new owner at the pizza station doesn't care about basic hygiene practices and doesn't bother to wear gloves. When I tried to address an issue with my sub, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior.
The delivery service is a joke - my order was almost two hours late and they brought me the completely wrong order. The driver couldn't speak English, and the employees on the phone were not only unhelpful but downright hostile, trying to blame me for their mistakes.
This pizza place has completely gone to the dogs. The quality of their food is terrible, their prices are outrageous, and their customer service is abysmal. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this disaster of a restaurant.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The place was disorganized and the staff seemed lost. They got my order wrong three times in a row and even when they finally got it right, there were still many mistakes and the quality of the food was really bad. It's clear that there have been significant changes in staff and management, as the quality has dropped noticeably. The prices are unreasonably high for the poor quality of food and service. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I will miss the old staff and the way this place used to be.
