Our waitress was the sweetest I wish I remembered her name. She was so helpful with me son when ur canes to the menu and also offering extra things to keep him busy. The food was great. It was empty in there when we got there but started to get busy when we left. I can totally see this place being busy later on in the day. Would go back

I visited this bar twice in the same day and was ignored both times for at least 10–15 minutes before anyone even said hello—despite the place being nearly empty. The second time, I came back with a group of 12 people just looking to have a drink or two before closing. I get that it was late, but they were still open, and there’s no excuse for the attitude. When the staff overheard us mentioning how long it took to get acknowledged—again—they brushed it off and said, “We give our employees a high five just for showing up.” That pretty much sums up the level of care here. Zero sense of hospitality, and clearly no interest in actually serving customers. Zero stars. Won’t be back.

My wife and I stopped here on our way home from a Red Sox game. My only other experience with Napper Tandy's was from over 10 years ago in Norwood. I didn't remember any issues so we figured we'd give Millis a shot on our way home.

The place was not very busy. Maybe 3-4 at the bar and one or 2 tables occupied.

We were greeted pretty quickly and professionally. Ordered our beverages and app.

The app was pretty good. We've had better and we've had worse. Nothing to complain about here.

We then ordered our entrees. The waitress had to come back to confirm a couple of things, but no biggie.

The food came out and looked good. I wish it tasted as good as it looked. I'm not an expert in food by any means, but I think the quality burgers is the issue here. They just weren't great.

I also could have used more napkins and a refill on my drink. This is where I got really annoyed. I could see our waitress and another waitress hanging out in the back of the restaurant and they glanced over at us and should have seen the empty cup, but didn't. There was also a guy there doing very little. Not sure if he was the manager or owner. He was standing looking at the TV, once in a while bringing food to the bar patrons, but also looking at our table and again, not doing anything about my empty cup.

We cut the waitress some slack, both my wife and I got the impression she was training, but not totally sure.

Probably won't be back.

I’ve been here a couple times before and service is pretty slow however tonight there was absolutely nothing going on and it was slow and I ended having to walk out. I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a cup of water and after looking for someone to ask where our server is and had no luck just decided to leave. Too bad I really was looking forward to using my gift card I was given.

My son and his family went to dinner here last week. My 3 year old grandson wears a nasal feeding tube to help him in his battle with cancer. The waitress knew what the feeding tube meant and mentioned it to management who kindly comped the family’s meal. The restaurant business is tough so I really appreciate this warm hearted act. This is wonderful reflection on the people that work at and run Napper Tandy’s in Millis.

Disrespectful bartender. Management is aware they have a faulty ID scanner. I’m a 31 year old veteran with an enhanced license with all legal documentation and they refused service because the bartender wanted to close 2 hours early. When I said it’s fine I’ll take a water & let the rest of my party drink they refused all of us for reasons unknown. 0/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Horrible service ruined this experience. Our party of three was there for over 2 hours, virtually all of which was spent waiting for our server. At one point, nearly 40 minutes passed without a sign of her. No explanation, no apology.Otherwise, the food was ok: typical pub fare in a decent Irish-style pub with plenty of TVs.
