I’ve been here a couple times before and service is pretty slow however tonight there was absolutely nothing going on and it was slow and I ended having to walk out. I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a cup of water and after looking for someone to ask where our server is and had no luck just decided to leave. Too bad I really was looking forward to using my gift card I was given.

My son and his family went to dinner here last week. My 3 year old grandson wears a nasal feeding tube to help him in his battle with cancer. The waitress knew what the feeding tube meant and mentioned it to management who kindly comped the family’s meal. The restaurant business is tough so I really appreciate this warm hearted act. This is wonderful reflection on the people that work at and run Napper Tandy’s in Millis.

Disrespectful bartender. Management is aware they have a faulty ID scanner. I’m a 31 year old veteran with an enhanced license with all legal documentation and they refused service because the bartender wanted to close 2 hours early. When I said it’s fine I’ll take a water & let the rest of my party drink they refused all of us for reasons unknown. 0/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Horrible service ruined this experience. Our party of three was there for over 2 hours, virtually all of which was spent waiting for our server. At one point, nearly 40 minutes passed without a sign of her. No explanation, no apology.Otherwise, the food was ok: typical pub fare in a decent Irish-style pub with plenty of TVs.

Good options with good service and reasonable pricing!
In walking distance to Napper's. Always great food. Great flavors, great menu. Its a chain and we also love the Walpole location (They have a bunch of pool tables and same great food). Thai/Buffalo cauliflower, Cali Burger and Cajun chicken tacos are some of our favorites!
The place has the right atmosphere and great foodWe sat at the bar … we had a hard time getting a second drink … when we finally ordered out second drink we were given the bill…. Wow…. Could wait to get rid of us…. As though there were people waiting in line to sit…. Not ….It’s too bad that employees can ruin your business …. Sad
