I went here for the first time today and was so surprised at the surplus of dairy-free/gluten-free/egg-free/etc options! Finally, a place where I can eat without worry- and the food + treats are absolutely DELICIOUS! I spoke with Barah specifically and she was so helpful, kind and informative. Will definitely be returning and also going to their second location in Burlington!

I recently ordered through DoorDash and called the store to get more info from the staff about their vegan options. Not only did the employee I speak to give me detailed information about my options, she also helped me ensure my order would be made vegan by the kitchen, as DoorDash had limited editing options. Since then, I’ve ordered a few more times, and the store is always accommodating to ensure my food is made correctly. They also accurately label the bag as “dairy free” or “egg free” for extra assurance. Great food too!

The management lacks customer service skills and are quite rude and dismissive and that’s the only reason I will never go back, despite the fact that I have eaten here regularly almost every day for the past two years, including times I have had corporate functions and purchased large amounts of food for guests. I don’t even think anyone has bothered to remember my name after all of this time. The way I was treated this morning after asking for an additional shot of espresso in my coffee because it was essentially a cup filled of ice and milk was really humiliating, to bother me about a price point when my entire paycheck seems to go here. Even while it’s one of the better food options around I will not go back because you still don’t know how to treat a loyal customer after two years of seeing me. I appreciate the lower tier staff who actually know how to keep their customers loyal and treat people like they matter, but after today trying to charge me extra because they want to fill my cup with ice and milk and then blame me when I asked for more coffee flavor? That was the last for me.

They have really good quality gluten free food if you’re looking for a meal or for a sweet treat!
So I’ve been coming here for the last 8 to 10 years, i’m not necessarily gluten free, but I absolutely love coming here for breakfast. I usually come on a Saturday every now and again, but one thing about this place is that it’s also a fantastic spot to get breakfast during the week. So that’s exactly what I did! I tend to bounce around between the french toast and pancake breakfast. The 2 breakfasts are both served with real maple syrup, which most restaurants don’t give you, and the recipe for both of them consists of an all organic recipe, and all natural ingredients. This place is very transparent with what they use in their food, which is a good thing. I’ve had a bunch of their bakery items and they’re all amazingly delicious. I will be back, that’s for sure.
