Love Twist!! Sad my mom moved from Framingham, because I used to drive by Twist on my way up to visit her. Great assortment of fresh made pastries, bakery items, as well as frozen foods to take home. Order breakfast or lunch. Their gf bulkie rolls are incredible, they do not taste or crumble like gf breads. I have never had anything bad here. Also great espresso & hot chocolate drinks!! Friendly and courteous staff!

This is my go to place for all family birthday desserts. I'm the only GF/DF one, but other family members are lactose intolerant and everyone loves their baked goods. Highly recommend for anyone who can't tolerate gluten, dairy, or have food allergies.

There's clearly a reason this was named one of the 10 best gluten free bakeries in the USA.
We ended up getting the mini lemon Bundt cake, a cupcake, and the cinnamon buns pack. Everything was delicious - as close to real as I've had GF. Compared to somewhere like Erin McKenna NYC (ex-Babycakes) it's easily twice as good and a third the cost.
I cannot wait to take my wife back for a delicious breakfast.

I almost don’t want to share how awesome this place is and keep it all to myself! But it is a paradise for anyone with Gluten intolerance. The food is delicious and while their ingredients are limited the taste and flavor are not. Birthday cake was light and scrumptious. Pastries, cakes, just delicious.

Wow! What a great restaurant for those with allergies! I am not gluten free but I have a dairy allergy and there are so many options for me. They offer plant based cheese which is wonderful. I got the Monte Cristo with vegan cheese. I am so impressed with their pastry selection! Most of them are dairy free as well. Their apple cider muffin and apple tart are amazing!
I also love how it's counter service and it's pretty quick. They have a good kids menu too. My daughter enjoyed her French toast! And they have a step stool in the bathroom so she can wash her hands after with ease. Most places don't and I have to prop her up on my leg.
Looking forward to trying out more pastries next time!
