So I’ve been coming here for the last 8 to 10 years, i’m not necessarily gluten free, but I absolutely love coming here for breakfast. I usually come on a Saturday every now and again, but one thing about this place is that it’s also a fantastic spot to get breakfast during the week. So that’s exactly what I did! I tend to bounce around between the french toast and pancake breakfast. The 2 breakfasts are both served with real maple syrup, which most restaurants don’t give you, and the recipe for both of them consists of an all organic recipe, and all natural ingredients. This place is very transparent with what they use in their food, which is a good thing. I’ve had a bunch of their bakery items and they’re all amazingly delicious. I will be back, that’s for sure.

Entire place is gluten free and TONS of dairy free options. They also have labels and stickers for other allergies and are knowledgeable. Had brunch and took home a bag of baked goodies. Will be stopping by again for brunch before leaving the area.

Love Twist!! Sad my mom moved from Framingham, because I used to drive by Twist on my way up to visit her. Great assortment of fresh made pastries, bakery items, as well as frozen foods to take home. Order breakfast or lunch. Their gf bulkie rolls are incredible, they do not taste or crumble like gf breads. I have never had anything bad here. Also great espresso & hot chocolate drinks!! Friendly and courteous staff!

This is my go to place for all family birthday desserts. I'm the only GF/DF one, but other family members are lactose intolerant and everyone loves their baked goods. Highly recommend for anyone who can't tolerate gluten, dairy, or have food allergies.

There's clearly a reason this was named one of the 10 best gluten free bakeries in the USA.
We ended up getting the mini lemon Bundt cake, a cupcake, and the cinnamon buns pack. Everything was delicious - as close to real as I've had GF. Compared to somewhere like Erin McKenna NYC (ex-Babycakes) it's easily twice as good and a third the cost.
I cannot wait to take my wife back for a delicious breakfast.
