I discovered Lyn's Baker's Lane Biscotti at the Northampton Winter Market and it has become my favorite treat! They are so yummy.I go for the almond or anise, and if it's not already sold out, I look for the one's with chocolate drizzle on top.I encourage you to give it a try - you'll be very pleased you did!
These baked goods are DELICIOUS !!!!!Ordered both the biscotti and pizzelle during the holidays to give out to our customers and employees.Lynn was very friendly on the phone for the order and she even delivered the products for us. (which I greatly appreciated during the holiday rush!!)Everyone we gave them to as a gift, really enjoyed them.I will not lie, I ordered extra to put in the freezer to enjoy for myself after the holiday !! ;>)
The biscotti are delicious! The have just the right amount of sweetness.The balance of crisp to crumb is nice, they aren’t hard at all and are quite addictive. I also tried the anise pizzelle which were nice and crisp. You can’t go wrong with anything from Bakers Lane Biscou
